To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同老公去咗呢間特色尼泊爾菜餐廳食午餐,小店以熱帶森林為主題,仲有個好靚水吧位。Set Lunch 由$98up 包前菜、主菜、飲品,另外可按需要加錢加配甜品/ 配菜/ 特飲。Starter:🔶Daily Soup or Salad 個湯好濃郁,係啲豆類&菇而成,有微微的辣。沙律係芝士蕃茄,配搭沙律醬醋很清新。Main: 🔶Momo (Pork) 尼泊爾豬肉餃子餃子可以揀蒸或者煎,我哋揀了蒸,成個蒸籠咁樣上枱,每隻都好大粒足料,重點係佢配搭的醬汁一定要點好好味。🔶Egg Roll 蛋卷第一次食呢個蛋卷,皮係加入蛋煎香,入面包住炒麵,調味有少少辣辣地,好有特色幾好食,旁邊嘅炸洋蔥絲好香口。Dessert:🔶Tiramisu 🔶KheerTiramisu 蛋糕賣相靚食落幾香滑;Kheer係米布甸,藏紅花味加上不少果仁,老公好鍾意呢個甜品。Drink:🔶Tropical Smoothie 🔶Mixed Berries Smoothie 飲品顏色賣相靚又足料,消暑解渴。

近日尼泊爾菜也是十分流行~這家小酒館不大,我們那天walk in 也是剩最後一個桌子了,非常幸運!除了尼泊爾菜,還有國際美食都可以吃的到。🥟MOMO (煎/蒸)88HKD說到尼泊爾菜就會想起MOMO 了,他們這邊的餃子。這裡最好的是可以點一半炸一半蒸,2個不一樣的口感。他們的辣椒醬是highlight,配上去十分美味。🍝Chicken Chowmein 雞肉炒麵 88HKD這個是他們傳統菜,不一樣的炒麵味道。麵條彈牙,混合不同的配菜,挺好吃的。🥙The jungle taco 烤牛肉墨西哥卷148HKD熱疼疼的貼板牛肉,可以自己加醬,配菜,一定要配那個酸奶醬,好吃!但是這個價錢我覺得分量略少🍕Truffle pizza 黑松露薄餅 158HKD中規中矩的pizza 挺大一個,吃上去沒有很濃郁的松露味,不過這價錢也不指望太多哈哈哈哈哈比較推薦想嘗不一樣味道的你~如果喜歡喝酒的話也可以來這裡試試,菜式有很多不一樣的地方。地方比較小,記得預定。

尼泊爾🇳🇵菜在香港可算是相當稀有,這家那麼特色又方便的自然要嚐嚐МОМО** Pork, Steamed dumplings 🥟 $68尼泊爾餃子又叫momo這些豬肉餃子有著小籠包的外貌,入口鬆軟多汁,而且𣎴會太厚皮,值得一試"THE JUNGLE" TACOS 🌮 $128** Cajun Chicken墨西哥卷餅的吸引力,在於其多元化的醬料美乃滋 蕃茄醬🥫跟牛油果醬🥑入口豐盈又多汁,雞肉帶點微辣,配一些生菜🥬絲 口感相當清新!Kirat Traditional Set 🍚$118傳統尼泊爾米飯拼盤,除了味道濃郁的薑黃飯,跟五花腩肉外 還有發酵黃豆,尼泊爾醬跟水牛肉乾,口味有點像馬拉的辣死那媽,卻又比較清淡,沒那麼濃味比我想像中更特別Pom Collins🍸$48一杯清新的無酒精雞尾酒,刺激着我的味蕾Chocolate Lava Cake 🍰 $68一小球雪糕放在鬆軟的朱古力蛋糕上,甜而不膩The Jungle (佐敦)佐敦廟街273-275號寶發大廈地下3號舖
