之前同奶奶飲茶,第一次嚟Rosewood中菜廳。點心做得唔錯,老人家都好喜歡。前菜都好精緻。主菜熱辣辣上枱,整體食物都好好。比較奇怪嘅係,想點撞奶,點知服務生回覆過來話今日師傅話撞唔起。有點費解。坐咗喺一個semi private 嘅枱。可以安靜一家四口飲茶,係好舒服嘅選擇。

呢一味係餐廳其中一道非常考功夫嘅招牌菜,全部魚麵都係用生拆桂花魚肉手打而成,每一條都打得十分彈牙,上菜前見到師傅喺廚房入面用猛火不斷翻炒,到上菜嘅時候成碟魚麵都係噴煙,認真有鑊氣

我哋叫咗龍井茶,值得一讚嘅係,侍應會喺茶包變淡之後自動自覺換過一個新嘅茶包👍

在假日裏,包了一間房,和朋友一起吃晚饭,酒店的食肆,招呼真的不錯,有專人。又有每樣菜的解释,誰説香港的歺廰服务差,那你真的看看你到甚広地方去,前菜叫了六樣,其中推介五香燻鲳鱼,鱼子酱金磚豆腐,及糖渍百香果,賣相好看,又味道清新,绝对要試,跟着的主菜,是片皮鸭,這樣普通?绝对不会,先上鸭上近頸的皮,入口真的会融化,加上自家制作的萍果乾,不入俗套。其他生菜鸭鬆,煎焗鱼咀,陳村粉班球,蟹肉粉丝煲,也很吃,但最回味的是大千醬蝦,及五彩炒鱼麵,大千酱酸酸甜甜有些少辢,好!炒鱼麵,彈牙味鲜,一绝也。最後跟炒飯及甜点拼盆也绝非凡品!不是價錢高的話一定會常吃。

侍應先上嚟嘅係香噴噴嘅蜜汁叉燒,好軟好入味,再配埋微微酸爽嘅柚子皮,一個字,太靚啦!😆

新正頭另外一餐富貴朋友的宴請,去了Rosewood的彤福軒。很多人會介紹彤福軒主打順德菜,但我始終都認為這裡是優質粵菜帶著順德風味和格調。其實順德菜在香港非常普及,很多時候都不容易劃清楚漢。彤福軒的出品,我真的不需多說:精、美、美味!當然還有:貴😬 但事不離實,由軟件到硬件,包括出品、口味、環境、服務、無敵維港景,就連餐具和擺設等等全部加起來,當然貴,也應該貴,而貴得來,值!我不是富貴朋友,更珍惜這些實實在在的奢華,美而不浮誇。食物樣樣都好,特別想介紹的是「富貴有米雞」,也就是我以前吃過很多的「乞兒雞」。這菜式以前是好睇唔好食,拿個搥仔把外殼敲碎,但通常裡面的雞也是「乾爭爭」的。彤福軒的這個做法,外殼用麵包皮包裹,再用荷葉內包保存肉質,帶著荷葉香味,雞內釀了糯米,既香且濃,非一般!今個新年,大飽口福!

三個點心都非常飽滿好食,有啲貴嘅中菜套餐。套餐入邊嘅點心好似非常Hea,係完全存在於套餐咁。你散叫返佢同一樣嘢又表現好好。呢度唔會,出嚟嘅質素係你散叫都食到咁樣。

燉湯,粒瑤柱超級大粒,食落仲唔會好嚡口攝牙,處理得非常好。我原本都冇諗住食,但係咬咗少少之後質感真係好好,我係有食晒。

記得之前食新同樂又係有瑤柱燉湯,我係啲唔食湯渣嘅人,我將瑤柱同埋啲花膠、瘦肉粒包起拎返比狗狗食。(唔好鬧我,佢哋食少量嘅鹽係可以嘅,我最少睇四五本狗狗鮮食既書)

呢個鹹咗啲,同埋烏冬嘅話上枱時間都係緊張啲,漲漲地….如果烏冬轉咗做炒飯,或者係佢嘅招牌炒魚麵,我會覺得呢餐係完美嘅。

雖然我唔鍾意食甜嘢,但係楊枝甘露應該大部份人都幾鍾意鍾,我都有食晒。如果係紅豆沙芝麻糊之類,我一定係食一兩啖

呢間整體都唔錯,怪自己冇一早嚟。服務都好好,最緊要係整體嘅禮儀、身體動作非常好,其他貴酒店中係會扮禮貌,但係都比較風風火火又chur又嘈,呢度會俾多少少時間展示對你嘅善意,真係有介紹返

今日去到彤福軒食午市,真係有驚喜!頭盤蜜汁叉燒,糖香夾帶微微炭燒味,肉質咁得令,好入味,每啖都係享受嚟!🍢 果仁酥香牛肉粒八達通好滋味,牛肉腍滑肉香,咬落去有嗲嗲脆口感,真係一流。搞到我停唔到口。🐮柚香水晶柚皮面頭光餅,清新得嚟富含層次,嗰陣果香同酸酸地嘅滋味簡直係夏天救星。🍊彤福生拆鮮魚羹賣相標青,湯底絲滑得黎又醇厚,班班有魚肉嘅新鮮味,順喉到一個唔得了!🐟金腿欖仁蟹肉鮮奶拌嘅富貴米糕,滋味惹味,邊食邊讚!🍚 簡直係一個味道同質感兼得嘅完美組合,好傳統嘅一道,但每一啖都食得出師傅嘅心機。至於豆腐花嘅酥炸玫瑰酥,外脆內嫩,啖啖都係驚喜,玫瑰味超級match!🌹最尾,杏仁茶相思挞,講真,杏味甜蜜蜜地,感覺暖笠笠,真係一個完美收尾!🍮 整體嚟講,彤福軒嘅食物質素一流,值得一試!食到咁多菜式,滿足到!下次一定會再嚟!

我同瑰麗酒店嘅設計好融合,呢間中餐廳好着重香港本地文化,會用上本地海鮮農作物作為食材!而我今次夜晚去,就叫咗我最愛嘅片皮鴨,外脆內軟,連塊包住肉嘅皮都做得幾出色,我自己一個都食咗三嚿!真係唔錯👍🏻但燉湯呢啲就比較普通,不過海景view一流!成晚同朋友一邊一邊傾,感覺生活就應當如此!
