Found this casual Italian restaurant that makes one of the best burrata cheese in HK. Pasta are some of the best I have had as well. Carbonara was authentic. Pesto with calamari was prepared with home made pesto sauce and calamari was cooked to perfection. Place was run by Italians and have a good selection of Italian wines. Last, but most importantly, pricea were very reasonable. Just a great Italian place in Causeway Bay.

用左某apps訂座後,就好抵,來吃了幾次~如果來的話,我覺得Burrata Pizza係必叫的,有large同medium,我地就次次叫large,剛上來的時候又熱又香又脆,滿滿既芝士流到成手都係,仲有新鮮小蕃茄在上面,雖然平日不太喜歡吃蕃茄,但這樣的配搭,我還是吃了~想起來,真日很想又去吃啊~跟住有叫佢的 Tiramisu~好抵~因為好大舊又好食~

用左某apps訂座後,就好抵,來吃了幾次~
如果來的話,我覺得Burrata Pizza係必叫的,有large同medium,
我地就次次叫large,剛上來的時候又熱又香又脆,滿滿既芝士流到成手都係,
仲有新鮮小蕃茄在上面,雖然平日不太喜歡吃蕃茄,但這樣的配搭,我還是吃了~

蕃茄醬味道有點太酸,可以食出是用新鮮蕃茄煮的,而不是罐頭醬汁。意粉口感煙韌,質感與一般意粉不同,比較特別。把水牛芝士攪拌融入意粉後,令蕃茄醬不再酸,亦很creamy,整個意粉味道更上一層樓。可以形容為一般西餐廳吃不到的味道和質素。

最後叫了三款甜品,可能是外國人的口味,都比較甜。
1.Tiramisu 提拉米蘇
正宗傳統的口味,咖啡味較重。
2.Tartufo Bianco 松露蛋糕
大家不要誤會,沒有黑松露的味道,只是雪糕包裹的蛋糕。
3.Pistachio cake 開心果味蛋糕
蛋糕質感比較實。印象中是三款甜品中,較不甜的。

I stumbled upon Alex on a junk few weeks ago who mentioned  he ran an Italian pizza place. Alex recommended the Mozarella chesse pizza as well as the pesto Calamari pasta.

So basically the Mozarella is all homemade and the crust is really unbelievable soft - so good!  Turns out each crust takes about 72 hours to make and their pesto sauce is homemade too. It's pretty much as authentic as you can get. Food is most excellent and I'm definitely coming back for more. 

The restaurant is called "The Mast(er) of Mozzarella" - and that's an  understatement in my opinion.

Very good food! The chef does a great great job! Cheese were freshly made and price was very reasonable. Pasta and beef were super. More time should be spent on staff training. One of them (just one of them) were very uncommunicative and zero knowledge on menu. We ordered cold cuts but came with a baked parmaham. Good restaurant and food but mindless staff (Asian one). What a pity. No wonder mother of pizza was packed but it’s empty here during peak hours.
