一班同學聚會,想搵個地方可以坐得耐啲,冇時間限制,之前見呢間餐廳嘅食評都唔錯,所以就揀咗呢間餐廳當日星期五,餐廳都幾旺場,坐無虛席,不過坐咗冇幾耐,我就發覺好似有啲熱,然後環顧四周,發現餐廳都添置咗唔少風扇,有部份食客要開住芭蕉扇食,我心諗確認訂枱既WhatsApp完全冇提過餐廳有呢個冷氣不足的情況🫠如果唔係當日係星期五,我應該會轉左場🤦🏻‍♀️問侍應情況,原來餐廳的中央冷氣唔夠,呢個情況持續咗好耐🫤睇咗咁多篇食評,都冇乜人講過有呢個情況,究竟係唔係我感覺有問題?🥹因為臨時臨急都諗唔到轉去其他地方食,唯有試吓呢度啲菜式味道如何,我哋叫咗八味金磚,火焰古法燒腩叉,砂鍋豉油雞,滿貫小炒王,懷舊蝦多士,小館冰鎮甜酸豬爽肉,海鮮湯脆米泡飯,啫啫通菜煲火焰古法燒腩叉,上枱係幾有特色,味道算幾好小館冰鎮甜酸豬爽肉,又係啱打卡,不過份量有啲少八味金磚,算係正正常常懷舊蝦多士,都幾大件,味道算唔錯海鮮湯脆米泡飯,都係正正常常,唔算好出色啫啫通菜煲,正常滿貫小炒王,正常發揮砂鍋豉油雞,做得幾好,雞肉都幾嫩嘢食算係比起普通酒樓好少少,但係越食越熱呢個問題,就扣晒所有分,除非佢個冷氣整好咗,如果唔係我都唔會再嚟食 continue reading

生日聚餐,長輩偏愛中餐,所以選係呢間餐廳慶祝。前菜話梅苦瓜和冰鎮車厘茄非常開胃,令人無法忍口太爺雞雞偏淋,雞皮已不脆口。煙燻味也不足。有點失望冰鎮咕嚕肉擺盤有用心,外形非常得體。但味道就正常沒有太大驚喜。厚燒叉燒必食菜色!入口即溶!咁厚都唔會好硬,好柴!上枱之後仲有侍應哥哥用火槍燒🔥視覺體驗100分乳鴿非常不推薦,食之無味 棄之可惜整體黎講偏普通,不過環境夠大,可以容納一家大細聚餐!但食物方面可以有所提升! continue reading

看到社交媒體的推薦,抱著滿滿的期待冒著大雨前來,店家預訂服務很好,會電話WhatsApp確認預訂,下大雨遲到也會留桌。食物基本質素都不錯,蝦多士的蝦仁都很新鮮大顆,燒腩叉也非常可口。基本倒水催菜服務也比較到位。但我很想詢問,看到其他桌點了乳鴿我們也嘗試點了,皮一點不脆,我試圖詢問為什麼不脆,不是脆皮乳鴿來的嗎。服務生姊姊很冷漠的說這是bb鴿,我沒聽懂再次詢問,她說是bb鴿就走掉了,我想問是bb鴿和皮不脆關係很大嗎?解決客人有關菜品疑問是服務基本需求吧,不然加的服務費是只給你偶爾補一下的水的嗎? continue reading
