好好奇究竟係咩味,

不論顏色同質感,

外表睇黎同黃咖哩差不多。

但香味,味道,

多左一份濃香的牛油味。

心血來潮想試下烤魚,

無估到bar & restaurant都會有烤鯧魚

鐵板呈上,

能夠持續提供熱能俾烤魚。
灑上適量檸檬汁,

開胃之餘,亦帶出魚肉鮮味。

烤得恰到好處既鯧魚,

外皮香口,

而魚肉質感嫩滑。

份量十足既烤魚,

但係都好快俾我地食哂


令人充滿驚喜的一間餐廳,

有多國菜,

食物水準又高,

而且定價比想像中便宜,

係近期食過性價比最高的一間餐廳,沒有之一!

Lamb chop - The highlight of this dinner must be this dish. It was marinated with Indian herbs and spices and every rib was big and tender. It was marinated till it cover the lamb strong smell and the lamb has fully absorbed the spices taste. The meat was juicy and tender.

Tandoori pomfret fish - Again the serving was huge. A slice of lemon was provided so that i can squeeze onto the fish to enhance the flavour. The fish has very strong Indian spices and herbs and the meat was soft and smooth.

Vanilla ice cream - It was basically vanilla ice cream with some sliced fruits at the side. Maybe because of the weather, the ice cream tend to melt faster and it was already not hard when served. The ice cream was sweet and smooth.

也正因為位置不是位於佐敦中心 地鐵站A 出口 一上地面轉右一直直行約十分鐘

反而人流無咁多 個mood 更合適Happy Hour

其實只要肯發掘 香港還真係好多好地方 hang out

工作後想去喝一杯,朋友卻說想吃印度菜,恰巧有間位於佐敦的印度菜酒吧,可以一次滿足兩個要求,於是與朋友從旺角慢慢走到佐敦。餐廳環境熟半開放式,燈光昏暗,壁中酒櫃非常搶眼。找了個位置坐後,外藉待應隨即熱情招待。走路過來後甚感口喝,點了一杯 Stella Artois,朋友則選擇了 Banana Lassi,這印式奶昔的奶香頗濃,加入了香蕉的質感雖稠但依然幼細。餐牌上有不同口味的印度薄餅,我們兩人偏好重口味的,要了一份 Garlic Naan。薄餅表面有蒜油,加上熱力令蒜香味道更香濃,微焦表面口感香脆。將 Naan 點進青咖哩裡,把帶有微辣菠菜香味添加於薄餅上,多重滋味使我愛不釋手!Chicken Sagwala 裡的嫩口雞塊與咖哩的調味挺搭配的。Tandoori Pomfret Fish 印度烤魚-原隻烤魚於熱騰騰的鐵板上散發著炭香味,皮烤至焦黑,感覺非常raw。用餐刀稍稍剖開魚肉,裡面魚肚白的魚肉還帶著溫熱的汁液,擠出檸檬汁使魚肉更有鮮味!晚飯時段又飲又食,人頭費不需二百元,這性價比高的印度吧,我定必再來。

柯士甸給人感覺陌生的地區.. 這次剛巧同朋友有機會到.. 不過的確要揾野食確實有難度.. 因為選擇不多.. 剛好行去佐敦途中見到間店內滿是外國人的西餐廳.. 決定入去試試.. 幸好.. 時間尚早店內人不多好快就安排入座咯.. 擺設很整齊.. 而且店內侍應全是外國人.. 很有特色.. 前菜先點左Caesar Salad.. 所有材料都是hand-made過這是我最欣賞的.. 麵包先搽牛油同煎至脆卜卜.. 而煙肉絲都炸至乾身好好咬口.. 配上沙律菜的確是完美配搭.. 醬汁份量剛剛好.. 上面灑上芝士碎.. 再來一個小食炸魷魚鬚不太脆卻有一種獨特的口感.. 而且鮮色俾人感覺無咁熱氣.. 外皮少脆.. 發覺其實唔洗好脆都可以好好味.. 我地成碟都清光光連埋醬汁.. 食西餐當然一定要食返塊安格斯牛扒喇.. 點左一個main.. 賣相不錯.. 安格斯睇肉質熟嘅程度應該有6,7成.. 但每一塊熟嘅程度都不一.. 這倒是有點失望.. 點醬汁食牛扒可能會影響到扒本身的味道.. 反而我地最喜歡食薯角.. 因為真係用新鮮薯仔整成架.. 每一塊都睇下啲條紋.. 跟加工薯角比就好味很多了..

I have eaten here 3 times so far and every time has been amazing. I tried Nepalese food and Western. All is very tasty. Typically a restaurant will not offer great food from different cuisine but The Nest does it exceptionally well! The atmosphere is very welcoming. I look forward to every visit! I highly recommend!

整餐出品質素不俗,味道、環境以至招呼也很到位,小店在經營酒吧同時加入了印度食品供應,讓客人淺嚐之餘能有點香口濃味食物佐酒填肚,心思創新貼心;而其實餐廳還有頗多其他菜式選擇如意式佳餚,讓顧客可按自己喜歡的口味選擇,對一眾嘴饞的食客來說無疑是一大佳音。今次筆者只主力試了印度菜,下趟一定要Encore再試一下意大利菜先得。

同妹妹行經佐敦一帶,一時興起來食意大利加印度菜,平日好少食,討論後決定到佐敦偉晴街The Nest Restaurant & Bar食餐好。裝潢雅緻,先看下餐牌,美食當前,餐單很厚好有氣派,有很多美食可選擇。先來(Lemon Coke)我是可樂迷必要,多冰美味,入喉微涼,感覺好Fresh,入口立即是一股的香氣。多款炸物小食中,印象最好是(炸蝦球),一啖一個分量精緻,絕不會吃得飽飽滯滯,粉漿入面有很香的蛋香,爽口非常。(蘑菇湯)不是一般的罐頭湯,蘑菇味濃,可中和之前的食物,口感不錯。個人非常欣賞這一道(瑪格莉塔薄餅),芝士好稔好香好好味,睇得又食得,很有創意,食完會豎起兩隻手指公的佳作!(海鮮意大利飯)口感彈牙,軟硬感適中,再配上用海鮮加汁料,令整個意大利飯變得味濃可口。
