傳統的韓國烤肉店有七、八碟的小食, 可是新派的烤肉店是不會出現, 換來的是這三小碟。泡菜是必有, 但每次筆者都退回。另外兩款是煎魚肉片及魷魚。魚肉片夠薄身, 表面香口, 肉質爽口。魷魚口感煙韌, 味道帶微辣, 十分惹味。兩款皆是開胃惹味的小食。

新派韓國烤肉店的特點必定是這個特製烤爐, 有三個凹位用來加入蛋漿做成爐邊蛋, 又可加入泡菜做成爐邊泡菜蛋, 另外粟米芝士。客人要一眼關七, 又要烤肉, 又要留意這三個爐邊蛋, 一不留神便把食物弄翻。

經燒烤後, 牛肉的油脂溶化令表面多份光澤外, 咬下去這份油脂感特別惹味。牛肋排肉的肉質鬆軟而且肉味重, 最重要無根無渣。另外不經醃製的牛肋排肉更加讓筆者品嘗到牛肉的原味, 不錯的選擇。

友人竟然忘了如何弄這個牛仔骨, 就是把它如棉被般碌出來就好了. 攤開後牛肉還長過燒板, 要快快剪開. 生肉時見顏色不佳, 曾擔心有問題. 進食時味道幾好, 應該是醃料塗得不好所以顏色怪怪的.

看著牛舌在鐵板上由紅色變成血紅色再變成咖啡色, 有點驚嚇, 但卻知道會更好吃, 見著肉汁全鎖在裡面沒流出來. 燒好後, 油花把牛舌弄得閃令令的, 牛味十足.

完滿生日飯~阿妹生日,今年就帶咗佢去達人烤肉滿足佢鍾意食韓國嘢嘅欲望,我哋一家三口就叫咗個頂級套餐同石鍋雞肉飯,嗰 set入面有霜降牛肉、竹筒五花腩肉、祕製特級牛仔骨、祕製牛舌、炸大蝦、香腸同香菇,初時見到以為唔夠食,但食落份量又啱啱好,所有配菜又任添,感覺真係幾好~當中我覺得最好味嘅係祕製特級牛仔骨,醃得好好味,唔會太咸,又肥瘦適中,燒完後極香肉味,無論單食,定包菜食都係無得彈!第 2最愛就係竹筒五花腩肉,望落好似幾肥,但燒完後 d油花出晒嚟,加上我仲燒到四面都有少少起焦,食落真係爆脆口,而入面又保留咗滿滿嘅肉汁,每一啖都極香,完全唔覺肥;而石鍋飯嗰伴汁亦同樣精彩,每啖都會令人想一食再食;成餐飯可謂無咩缺點,一定會再翻兜食過!!

韓燒一貫以燒牛肋肉、五花腩肉為主要,不過達人其中一個優勝之處是提供無限量爐邊蛋另外也有芝士粟米,要查看爐邊蛋是否熟透而又未變「老蛋」,可以從蛋的兩則看到蛋漿呈鵝黃色而中間位置呈橙黃色,表面似有層衣的邊爐蛋就是剛剛熟透﹔

祕製特級牛仔骨,一大片的牛仔骨,翻開足足跟前臂一樣長,在烤燒過程時也令我們有點手點無措,究竟是否需要連骨燒呢? 幸好,店員看到我們滿頭疑惑便主動過來幫忙,先把牛仔骨、肉剪開,燒至半熟再把牛仔肉剪細塊,肉質軟腍有些微嚼勁帶油脂香,特別在於醬料和肉味十分配搭,使牛仔肉肉味更濃更惹味,值得推介﹔
