我同母親大人去食既,叫左個特級套($520):- 特級牛頸肉- 達人護心肉- 紅酒五花腩肉- 秘製牛五花肉- 烤扇貝- 香腸護心肉真係好好食,夠軟身。烤肉旁邊有芝士粟米同蒸蛋,超正gah!其中韓式紅酒五花腩肉燒到著曬火超脆,夠曬視覺效果呀!不過呢度上菜速度太慢了,我地其中一碟食曬好耐都完全無人有反應,侍應又全部剩係識講韓文同英文,真係講多兩句都麻煩又尷尬,份量又唔多,呢度係令人好失望既。大家都可以去去試下:)

護心肉真係好好食,夠軟身。
烤肉旁邊有芝士粟米同蒸蛋,超正gah!
其中韓式紅酒五花腩肉燒到著曬火超脆,
夠曬視覺效果呀!

不過呢度上菜速度太慢了,我地其中一碟食曬好耐都完全無人有反應,
侍應又全部剩係識講韓文同英文,
真係講多兩句都麻煩又尷尬,
份量又唔多,
呢度係令人好失望既。

香港的韓式燒肉真係愈來愈有質素,今次已經係第四次去達人燒肉食晚飯,今日星期六,八點半也不用等位,直接入坐。大部分侍應都係韓國人。因為本人不食牛,只能向豬肉進攻。點了兩份五花腩(其中一份係火燒),一份辣豬排骨。個火燒五花腩真係一個surprise,oppa先用火槍燒脆表層,再放上鐵板再燒至熟,睇到我眼都凸埋。 食落肉質厚實,表皮脆脆的,頗Juicy,連生菜包起一啖食落去,配埋支Hite,一流。相比之下,豬排骨就有點一般,因為比較薄身,而且容易黏鍋,食落似豬排,不連生菜食先會食到個肉味~ 真係好大火下。。。

從小嘴就饞,而且癖好多,無論在家吃飯或是在外就餐,遇到不新鮮的食物,打折再多我也不吃,即使是燒烤,火鍋等,也必須要求食材都是新鮮的才行。即使對就餐環境的要求也是一樣的有癖好,那就是乾淨,看著舒服。新鮮的腩肉是我屢次在達人烤肉就餐的最大誘器,只有新鮮的腩肉才能烤出味道來鮮紅的牛肋骨肉,再來片紅椒啊,一起醃制燒烤搭配,想想都流口水。新鮮腩肉醃好,火燒烹製,更入味,口感自然沒得挑不過,輪到我愛吃的腩肉時,我可從不相讓,這裏的腩肉醃制的火候恰到好處,入味足,口感佳,而芝士玉米因與腩肉一起烘制,別有一番味道,每次吃都會吃到吃不下。我個人對棉花糖特飲不是很喜好,不過女朋友一向是“它”的粉絲,每次我的一杯也被她喝完。

Heard from my close sis達人烤肉 in TST now offer for booking 達人烤肉 (Monday to Thursday), immediate fix the appointment and go go go!Booked 8pm and arrived on time, already 90% full (lucky!). Asked for Korean oppa staff on suggestion and we ordered 火五花腩肉 , 護心肉 and 特牛肋骨肉.Oppa came to serve us the火五花腩肉, fire on the dish and pan just like playing magic and show! Finally for the main dish特牛肋骨肉 and it’s time for oppa came and serve us again. After short time cooking it’s already done. The beef is very juicy and soft because oppa make it just done and not overcooked. As a beef lover among the 3 dishes I like it most (marination and sauce make it tasty), but my stomach is already full and can’t make further order.
One special point I like is the restaurant is well ventilated, no strong smell on the clothes when leaving!

Menu is in English and Chinese. They have a variety of different beef, pork, chiciken and seafood to grill along with side dishes if you want something more than grilled meat.

Once we ordered, appetizers and sauces were brought out with super fast efficiency. Within the blink of an eye, these appeared! Appetizers included a bowl of salad and a bowl of sliced chives with hot red bean paste. These items were ok but not astounding.

A grill pan was placed in front of us. The grill pan had a groove in it. On one groove was cheese with corn. The other groove had kimchi mixed with egg. And the last groove had raw garlic and onions. While the grill heats up, the egg will cook and the cheese will melt into the corn so you can while the meat is grilling. If you want more egg, they have free refills. The egg was fluffy and soft when cooked with a bit of flavor from the kimchi mixed in. The corn and cheese was nice and comforting. I think I liked the corn and cheese more.

Cotton Candy Grapefruitade Soda ($55). I don't understand Koreans and their fascination with adding cotton candy to everything. But here I am drinking a drink with cotton candy stuck on the top. The cotton candy was actually harder than the usual cotton candy I've ever had. I really had to use a bit of force to pull at it. The drink was basically soda mixed with grapefruit flavored syrup.

Decent food with fast service. Food came out very quickly and we were out the door in under 90 minutes. Adding egg and corn to the grill plate, made it a different BBQ experence. But due to seating, I think this place is better for smaller groups so going with just boyfriend or just a friend is a much more plausible choice for me.

沿住金巴利道一直行,近三角公廁那邊可算是韓燒專區吧,有著各式各樣的韓國食肆,而我今天選了連接柯士甸路那邊的達人烤肉。一坐下來待應隨即準備泡菜、沙律等前菜,泡菜香辣,頗惹味;而沙律的醬汁甜甜酸酸,好吃之餘,也蠻開胃。麵豉醬有別一般港式風味,這韓式的有點偏辣,可拌芽菜直接食用或包生菜配肉類一起食。餐牌有中、英、韓文三種語言,而且有圖片供參考。隨帶一提,待應主為韓國人,須用簡單英文作溝通。棉花糖藍色檸檬蘇打($55)及棉花糖西柚蘇打($55)為待應所推介,超巨型的一個蘑菇雲放左杯上,一邊飲一邊吃棉花糖。兩者味道均不算太特別,前者為檸檬味蘇打水,甜甜酸酸,冰冰涼涼的,配韓燒頗舒暢;後者西柚味道較濃,甜甜酸酸之餘還帶點西柚的苦澀,不是人人喜歡,我個人來說認為前者較好喝。肉類可點set或散叫,同樣也會列明重量供參考。這裡的醃製肉類也相當出色,雖然不能像普通韓式放題般大吃大喝,但一分錢一分貨,這裡的肉類肉味較香濃,質素較佳。黑蒜汁醬、燒汁等只是輔助,並無必要。夾生菜、芽菜等配料除了去除油膩感,味道也更豐富。牛肋骨肉就這麼一大塊的包起來,還打了幾個圈,可用剪刀剪成小塊才燒;牛肉不需太熟,否則過熟變老。
