To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港有好多酒店都有自助餐食，但係講到性價比最高，就不得不提呢一間the Place。因為我都有試過幾間嘅自助餐，有一啲比較平，可能係$400以內，亦都有啲可能比較貴，去到七百幾蚊一位，但係呢一間自助餐當做緊團購嘅時候，只需要係$450左右一位，但係食物就包羅萬有首先有熱盤，熱門方面有好多嘅選擇，威靈頓牛扒，中式燉湯，牛扒豬扒，魚，等等嘅中式熟食都有，鵝肝，扇貝，海鮮，等等嘅熱食亦都有。仲有一啲沙律嘅選擇，仲有煙三文魚芝士等等嘅選擇。冷盤方面，選擇更加多，有一般放題嘅日式刺身，最重要嘅係佢哋有生蠔，開邊龍蝦，長腳蟹，呢一啲性價比較高嘅海鮮食材。當然，凍蝦，青口呢一啲唔少得啦。甜品方便亦都好有級數，芝士蛋糕， 仲要最近係做緊開心果系列嘅芝士蛋糕，超好食，仲有Movenpick雪糕，呢啲絕對唔少得飲品方面，一般人飲嘅橙汁，蘋果汁，紅茶，呢啲係絕對有，汽水等等嘢都一定有。不過最重要嘅係，佢哋係有紅酒同白酒俾你任飲，好啱一啲鍾意飲酒嘅人。

完來午市自助餐係沒有鵝肝同生蠔，不過都好滿足，絕對不能錯過甜品區，吸晴度好高，仲要唔係得個樣，另外加錢訂左個生日蛋糕仔，貼心服務，可以寫字，店員仲好nice，笑笑口同壽星講生日快樂

我食午餐，預咗食物種類比晚餐少很多。但估不到衛生很差，我坐在雪糕櫃旁，面對飲品機，而水果在最角落位。也不知是那種食物引來很多小飛蚊，一不留意，竟在咖啡內泡浴而自調雞尾酒，個人覺得很浪費，因有幾種酒和果汁放埋一齊，標籤是英文，冇標注解釋是甚麼酒，也沒有介紹怎樣調配，純是讓客人胡亂倒在一起，到取回枱上，覺得不好飲就整杯收走，太浪費。建議可專人調製給客人品嚐，反正甜品區有兩三個職員長駐，也可只給小杯，合口感再去取。另外是用OR訂座2位有5折，臨時友人不能到，已打電話想問節扣是否照舊，可惜可能繁忙，冇人聽電話；到入座後再詢問職員，他也不知，要再轉問才被告知只有85折。

近期又再來食自助餐，因為見openrice 有7折優惠。今次遲左少少到，但侍應都好有禮貌同幫我預留位置。2個人好彩坐到卡位，可以舒服地食。鵝肝一如既往十分肥美，而且會煎好一堆，唔使排隊。生蠔都算新鮮。刺身方面帶子唔錯，十分甜美，其他就正常水準。甜品有Mövenpick 雪糕，亦有其他不同選擇，值得一讚。惟一可惜今次自助餐冇左麵包蟹同小龍蝦。另外侍應幫手清碟速度好快手，服務十分好。價錢方面今次約每人600，價錢合理。如果平日搶5折的話就更加抵食了。

與中學同學相聚，本來想放題，點知無位。咁啱見到The place，之前都想試，撞啱有快閃優惠5折（得呢兩日），注定要試試佢。總結係物超所值，飲品有罐裝、有DIY cocktail、有紅白酒、果汁咖啡，海鮮有生蠔，我唔食唔知好唔好，龍蝦，蟹腳，蝦，青口，瀨尿蝦仔等，有味既！冷盤有沙律、菌類、hams、等；熱食有牛扒、豬、鵝肝、中西湯、煎品、蒸餃、中西湯、煮水餃等，從蝦子粉可見其detail；有雜芝士、魚生，樣樣都有。甜品有疏乎厘、蛋糕、撻、Movinpick雪糕、雞蛋仔等。食完飽到一個點
