想試好耐但係每次經過都已經食咗嘢,想像到會好飽所以一直都未食>< 今日終於偷到一餐嚟試!一路覺得餐廳成個感覺都好中式,點解會賣咁日式嘅甜品呢,今日等嗰陣先發現與其話中餐,佢更加似日本嗰啲中華料理店,即係煎餃啊麻婆豆腐飯嗰啲🤣講返個甜筒先,落單之後店員即刻逐層逐層砌入面嘅配料,跟住再喺客人面前壓面頭嘅抹茶栗蓉,份量唔少都幾壯觀,如果有食正餐真係要2個人先食得晒,都算對得住$78呢個價睇返介紹,雖然layer好多但係上半同下半基本上係重覆嘅嘢🤣分別係抹茶栗蓉、雪糕、檸檬果醬、紅豆蓉同埋有抹茶醬嘅海綿蛋糕如果係為咗抹茶嘅話我覺得就唔洗試喇,抹茶味真係欠奉🤣但係鍾意係栗蓉啊芋泥啊呢啲碳水甜品嘅話一試無妨,單純用栗子蒙布朗嘅角度嚟睇佢其實都幾好食😋栗蓉好滑身,雪糕同檸檬果醬都好解膩,仲有一絲絲檸檬皮感覺好天然唔會太人工糖漿咁,如果可以改進返抹茶嘅部份就好喇我估餐廳應該要跟返日本嗰邊嘅配方?不過如果雪糕可以換做抹茶味雪糕,同埋表面篩返抹茶粉會好好多🙂↕️仲有幫佢改返個中文名,我同我後面落單嘅客都係指住張相話「要呢個」😂

希慎廣場有很多食店, 今次試下鍋點, 見到D蓋飯好吸引, 而且價錢唔算貴 食物 : 豬頸肉黃金撈飯 $78 ~ 個蓋飯上面舖滿豬頸肉, 飯面就舖滿黃金醬, 見到真係好吸引, 但係唔知點解D豬頸肉硬到咬唔開, 真心失望, 黃金醬有很多, 咸咸香香撈飯好好食, 飯底有很多, 食完好飽 飲品 : 樽裝綠茶 $10 環境 : Food Court 地方大, 容易揾位 服務 : 職員有禮貌 價錢 : HK$88 (無加一服務費)

第一次黎希慎廣場嘅food court行完一個圈覺generally所有食物嘅質素好似都幾好最後決定試呢間覺得佢fusion得都幾得意價錢又唔貴(係causewaybay 黎講)footcourt 都坐得幾舒服又可以慢慢食唔會比人趕講返個豬頸肉黃金撈飯食第一啖落去真係有驚喜!個飯底係有炒過鹹蛋黃好香夾埋好match 好夠味!豬頸肉都葉得好入味利申:本人本身係鍾意食重口味總結,呢一間絕對可以翻啅下次會試其他野食😊
