唔知幾時開始,每區都一間專食辣野既餐廳。適逢岩岩係鰂魚涌做咗野,特登約埋朋友過黎一齊食辣減壓!一早book定位,果晚係第一枱客,佢鋪位細細,加上係後巷入面,名乎其實係「隱世小店」。我地叫咗幾樣野,最推薦係佢個椒麻雞!堅麻,食到個嘴唇卑哂,好過癮!成都冒菜 — 一大碗有唔同配料,主要係蔬菜類(例如白蘿蔔、青瓜、金菇、芽菜)加少少牛肉,個人覺得個味道唔錯,但性價比偏低。之後又叫咗個陳醋皮蛋同大魚蛋,皮蛋正常發揮但估唔到佢個大魚蛋好彈牙!而且大魚蛋係唔辣,反而係甜!估佢唔到!要留意既係,啤酒方面佢只係有青島,自己買酒會收返$50開瓶費。

呢間餐廳係鰂魚涌太古坊小巷入面嘅一間川菜小店,叫做紅館。紅館屹立太古城都有多年時間,可見佢係呢度其中一位隱世高手!如果要推薦佢嘅招牌菜式,絕對係煲仔小菜,特別係瓦煲酸菜魚。佢哋即叫即煮,仲要係原煲上端出,保證全程夠熱。湯底配上花椒、辣椒乾、酸菜同芽菜,味道夠清甜開胃,唔係一味咁死酸。魚肉可以揀龍脷柳同滑魚片,我今次揀左龍脷柳,啖啖肉,唔怕食到骨。龍脷柳魚肉又夠滑,同湯底同酸菜一齊食係非常過癮。之後就係佢出名嘅水煮,今次我揀左滑牛。滑牛唔係鬆肉粉那種人造滑的質感但無牛味,而係佢真係切得夠薄,煮得夠滑。而水煮湯底夠晒麻,辣味適中,香料味足夠,味道亦唔會過鹹。雖然冇附送薯粉或寬粉,但係有好多芽菜同埋洋蔥,所以湯底都帶有甜味。最後就真係話下佢嘅份量,龍脷柳至少有10條,而滑牛我應該食左超過20塊,份量超足。叫兩個餸已經好夠食,配埋解辣的羅漢果茶,真係好滿足。
