我哋覺得被無理對待,首先由預約開始冇人提及8:00要交枱,但男侍應講到係理所當然咁。 重要已經安排下一組客人響我地附近等,比壓力我地,但明明我地身後就已經有張空枱(出面都冇其他人等緊!)
第二,其實上菜速度好慢,要我地8:00pm交枱,但最後15-30分鐘先上齊3個main dish,我地得4個女仔,要準時食晒根本係不可能嘅任務,唔關我地食野得慢唔慢事。 我地全程耐心等待,但換來係男侍應惡劣的指責同對待。
第三,餐廳嘅服務態度有待改善,落單嘅時候基本上冇人想招呼我哋,之後其實除咗上菜同執枱之外冇任何服務可言。
第四,男侍應嘅要求好無理,要求客人5分鐘內食完個4吋蛋糕,完全係強人所難。
第五,食物未煮熟,個豬肋條其中一舊係粉紅色。
總結黎講,冇下次。

到尖沙嘴搵食,要環境好,有特色,赫德道的瑞士餐廳是一個不錯的選擇,在香港,瑞士菜,除半島酒店的Chesa, Swiss Chalet (瑞士餐廳)可能是另外的選擇,也是經得起香港經濟起起跌跌的餐廳,雖然話香港人的消費力減退不少,同時,我估計瑞士餐廳的中產顧客也有部分已移居海外,但還有不少的支持客。環境非常適合與朋友消磨一個中午,午市套餐包括飲品、前菜、主菜、甜品、咖啡,一點都無因貨就價,特別是,喜歡食芝士的朋友,就一定要食Cheese Platter.  前菜和主菜的選擇多,一定有您喜歡的!

We ordered the cheese fondue, it was ok but way overpriced, bread was stale and the owner pressured us to order more. What was most upsetting however, was they charged 10 dollar pp for tap water. The menu said they charged for “iced water” if we didn’t get drinks, but they served us lukewarm tap water and never did they mention anything about charging us for it while serving. Do not recommend, it’ll probably be more worth to spend a little bit more and go to Chesa.

是日無意中光顧了一家有特色有氣派的餐廳,可惜只飲咗杯啤酒食咗少少野,因為有下場,不過下次一定要黎試吓佢嘅瑞士芝士火鍋,因為見隔離枱叫咗,好似都幾好食咁樣。由於係早到等人開飯嘅關係,我只叫了啤酒同食了半打生蠔,生蠔價錢略貴,不過都幾新鮮。至於呢隻啤酒好似出面未見過,都幾好飲。呢間係一間瑞士餐廳,其實佢個餐廳名已經話咗比大家知,入面好有瑞士Home Style,有一種好warm的感覺。佢份餐具都真係靚,成件事非常高貴,不過佢個Menu上的食物又唔係好貴,我估食個Dinner如果唔飲酒,人均消費大約$300-$400左右。

呢間餐廳裝修都幾靚,古色古香,一坐低先飲返杯生啤先,佢係嚟自德國嘅,屬於清爽型,幾好飲。我哋個頭盤就叫咗一份生牛肉他他,啲生牛肉配埋洋蔥仲有塊生菜嘅埋落塊多士道味道真係唔錯,啲牛肉質素應該都幾高,因為好香牛肉味而且有冇血腥味。主菜點咗呢個脆皮豬手,其實我覺得似德國豬手,另外跟一份酸椰菜,入面仲有薯仔嘅,我都係第一次食熱嘅酸椰菜。隻豬手好好食,而且份量都算多,我哋兩個人食到好飽先食得曬,雖然去瑞士餐廳叫得過嘢好似好奇怪,但係呢個豬手真係好好食。

主菜點咗呢個脆皮豬手,其實我覺得似德國豬手,另外跟一份酸椰菜,入面仲有薯仔嘅,我都係第一次食熱嘅酸椰菜。隻豬手好好食,而且份量都算多,我哋兩個人食到好飽先食得曬,雖然去瑞士餐廳叫得過嘢好似好奇怪,但係呢個豬手真係好好食。

今次同幾個朋友突然間興起話去食,其實我同其中個朋友耐唔中就會嚟食,所以冇乜特別期待因為都知道基本上都還可以。因為今次多咗幾個人,所以可以嗌多少少,芝士火鍋方便就叫咗兩款,一款係純芝士,一款係蕃茄芝士,純芝士味道比較傳統,蕃茄芝士就會開胃啲,完全係睇個人喜好。除咗麵包之外,一般習慣都會叫多一份新薯用嚟點芝士。呢個完全係個人喜好,有興趣嘅都可以試吓。仲有嗌咗份鵝肝,同埋個凱撒沙律,另外加蘆筍,鵝肝味道係唔錯嘅,份量可能細咗少少,凱撒沙律調嘅味道都好足夠,佢特別肥大嘅蘆筍,加埋個汁嘅味道都好好味。其實之後仲有叫咗個牛仔肉加薯餅,同埋一份魚,不過掛住傾偈唔記得影相,之後唔夠我哋都嗌咗播一份開晒沙律。整體來講都係幾好嘅,就係有陣時叫餸溝通方面要清楚啲,如果唔係有機會會搞錯。
