Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

9月開始踏入秋季🍂，不少酒店餐廳的下午茶主題改為秋季當造食材，栗子🌰是其中典型的一種！堅果近期都大熱，見到menu豐富的栗子食物，加上平日下午茶有5折一定要試試🌰環境：被安排了在最近門口的梳化位，空間寬敞但梳化同咕𠱸都不太乾淨而且有跡，枱底見到有多過一隻蚊在飛，感覺有點不太良好～食物：鹹點方面，栗子忌廉湯配芝士酸種麵包比較特別，不過湯的質地有點過於濃稠，但用麵包點湯就很夾～可能栗子一向夾甜點，所以甜點方面有驚喜！最喜歡是栗子果仁撻！😋撻皮好脆，果仁餡crunchy味道豐富，其次是朱古力栗子蛋糕，朱古力mousse包住不過甜的栗子蓉😋題外話：職員入座時告知食物要製作45分鐘，最後真係坐了45分鐘才有食物上枱！這方面有點減分！始終已一早訂位並確認，但都不能預先準備，有點不明白🤨

與親人聚會一行十多人，因為有不同的飲食需求，希望食多選擇的自助餐，結果令人滿意。烤肉除了有烤牛，羊架，燒雞外，還有ribs 和wellington beef, wellington beef 很美味，有驚喜。亦有多種串燒。凍海鮮的蟹腳美味，但如同其他食評所講比較鹹，並沒有龍蝦和生蠔。芝士也有幾款，黑松露芝士好食。甜品仲有心太軟。飲品也令人驚喜，水吧有幾款咖啡幾款茶，仲有港式奶茶好受歡迎。親友們都食物飲品都好滿意。服務方面官網訂位有折但這官網並不user friendly, 現場服務很好還提醒我漏低左物品，餐廳電話經常太繁忙而飛線酒店服務部，但服務部也有跟進。

食物方面：-海鮮：阿拉斯加蟹同龍蝦比較好食！其他海鮮味道好一般～～～-熟食：全部都正常，入到口，冇一樣特別好食～-甜品：自家製甜品真係冇樣得，甚至係難食，特別係個烏龍茶千層cake，好苦～唯一有驚喜係檸檬抹茶雪條，幾fresh！服務方面：正常環境方面：舒服性價比方面：網上優惠後，三百幾一位，價錢算ok，但食物唔太得～如果覺得我寫既食評幫到你既話，記得follow，like，同埋share俾你身邊鍾意食好味嘢既朋友，感謝！😋😋😋😆😆😆

性價比超高，服務幾好，食物種類同味道對得住個價錢有餘。值得推介亦必定回頭。環境乾淨舒服，酒店格局雖然位置係喺商場裡面舖，但其實仲方便。個燒牛扒勁好味，魚生都正，凍海鮮正常水準，係甜品就略嫌太甜。整體非常滿意

公司請食飯，我地選左自助餐， 位置好好 地方整潔 乎合我哋價錢要求， 刺身切得好厚，又比好多片， 甜品區亦都好吸睛，好多選擇今次都是首次來，發現自助晚餐都算多元化，最養眼是甫入餐廳就望到海鮮區放了幾款冰鎮海鮮，朋友是海鮮控，就超級的開心，仲吃得好滿足。 這裡除了自助餐除海鮮外，還有燒烤區美食、即煮烹調站、日式刺身壽司，及多款國際熱葷，當然仲有甜品區，都可以試試。 首先冰鎮海鮮，包括龍蝦、大蟹腳、翡翠螺，海鮮迷就食得好開心。 提供多款健康的新鮮水果，細細杯任你拎甜品。仲有即叫即切的新鮮刺身，還有手握壽司及日式冷麵，就算不能遠赴日本，响呢度都滿足到你。至於燒烤區內廚師在燒烤爐上，即席掃上特製醬汁在羊架上，肉質都算嫩，還有我至愛的牛，香烤惹味豬腩卷，肉汁豐盈，味道濃郁，令我真是按奈不住。 餐廳設有亞洲風味自助麵食站，由廚師即場炮製，自選麵條、配料及湯底，除清湯外，仲有喇沙湯底，味道都香濃，熱烘烘的都幾滋味。另這裡的甜品也是令人亮點，款款都好吸引，絕對能給你無限驚喜。

You have the Japanese,Indian corner and the others are local.It is recommended to enjoy with your friends and family with the simple atmosphere and friendly faces. You can enjoy an outdoor jazz while drinking and having a snack. I recommend people to try the sushi,the chocolate cake and the many variations of meat. ❤️

入門就見到多多海鮮及壽司🍣，海鮮好受歡迎，好快就冇曬，不過師傅添加噶都仲幾快💨。後面仲有好多類芝士，麵檔選擇都仲算豐富，後面仲有中菜及西餐扒類，最驚喜噶就係甜品區內噶雪糕，居然係Häagen-Dazs噶，仲要係無限食，真系低到爆咯，全部都係我老公至鍾意食噶❤️。我個人就最鍾意食烤串和心太軟。另外服務都幾nice ，上次去冇booking 都主動俾優惠，仲教埋我如何透過網上booking 可以打折喔，真系好有耐心。紙巾唔夠用，D姐姐都會願意攞多D俾我地，水吧噶姐姐笑容好好，俾個👍
