Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 外層香脆, 內層香芋味濃, 入囗鬆化, 唔洗食到成口油, 服務員好細心將條素石斑分成數小件
, 仍保持仙斑的神緒, 加點酸醬及想像力

紅炆栗子猴皇菇煲 ($88)
份量足夠我地七人享用, 猴皇菇平時較小食且易入囗, 幾惹味, 含低熱量, 多吃也不怕會增磅, 若栗子炆得再軟身D 效果更理想.

沙窩雲吞素翅津白煲 ($78)
又一味清淡的素菜, 大大粒豆腐及雲吞, 份覺咬感.

崧子香椿素玉炒飯 ($68)

有位Miss反映炒飯有點硬(口味不同 ), 但我個人硬頸, 亦嗜食硬飯, 炒飯係要做到香及乾身先好食, 配料只知有崧子, 香椿同素玉就唔熟悉!

南瓜诲底椰 ($98)
一窩分到八碗的甜品, 不會過甜, 南瓜羮帶香味, 一片片的海底椰係滑嘟嘟, 但原來此甜品比我地點的主菜昂貴

No need to wait because we have booked a table in advance.We have ordered quite a few dim sum dishes and one dish from the kitchen (fried milk).The fried milk was too thick, not silky smooth at all, I guess the chef has added too much starch in it.Beancurd skin rolls 鮮竹四寶素雞扎 were very ordinary, couldn't recall what the 4 treasures inside were .Rice rolls 腸粉 were terrible. The skin was as thick as my sole! I couldn't remember which flavour we ordered, anyway, there was not much filling inside!S

Beancurd skin rolls 鮮竹四寶素雞扎 were very ordinary, couldn't recall what the 4 treasures inside were .

Rice rolls 腸粉 were terrible. The skin was as thick as my sole! I couldn't remember which flavour we ordered, anyway, there was not much filling inside!

Steamed buns 三德素菜飽 and fried buns 生煎包: both were edible but I won't recommend them. Same as the rice rolls, The bun skin was very thick and there was not much filling inside. The steamed buns were a bit soggy as well.

We also ordered a few other dim sum but nothing memorable.

The service was not bad but the food was below average. I don't think I'll go back.

菜遠羅漢齋豆腐
典型大堆頭齋菜,有冬菇、珍珠筍、金針、木耳、白菌片、枝竹…等,加埋豆腐,同菜芯墊底,唔好見佢有打獻汁,其實味道極之清淡,真係好「齋」,但食齋菜就係要有咁嘅心態,欣賞吓蔬菜嘅原味。

欖菜雞蓉四季豆

全晚最唔素,而又最惹味嘅一個餸,只因為啲欖菜囉。欖菜味道鹹鹹香香,最適合配淡味食材,四季豆就好似佢嘅襟兄弟咁,通常見啲菜館用欖菜炒就炒四季豆,不過依次唔係搭肉碎,用咗素雞肉粒,同樣香濃好味。

沙嗲獅子球什菜煲
沙嗲味道較為單薄,始終係食齋,唔加得五辛(蔥、蒜、洋蔥、韭及興渠),所以都接受嘅,唔可以話吓吓都要同出面其他食肆比,咁樣不如唔好哩依度!獅子球,素肉丸,質感都做得幾似肉,當然無肉味啦,哈哈,加上粉絲、什菜一大煲,都算好食!

鑊仔錦丸鮮竹浸菜苗
唔知咩叫做錦丸,又係鑊仔上,所以貪得意叫哩見識吓,唓,啲錦丸同個獅子球一模一樣嘅,味道同口感都一樣,根本就同一樣嘢哩。湯底就好清,烚菜水,無乜味,好彩啲鮮腐竹夠豆味,不過都覺得依個餸都係叫錯架喇。

松子炒飯

都有水準,飯粒炒得乾身分明唔太油;配料都多,除松子,仲有豆腐粒、菜度、欖菜碎,但收成$58碟,都係食鋪租。

三德唔好諗住佢係齋菜館會清靜啲,其實佢就好似一般中菜館咁,環境都比較嘈
,至於服務都幾勤快,啲阿姐都算幾有禮貌!

已經第三次來三德食素了,佐敦似乎不多素食餐館,以前在柯士甸道有一間,但己結業幾年了這裡環境及座位尚算舒服,起碼兩人也可以坐4人圓枱,有時坐窗邊位都幾好感覺食物頗衛生,價錢也大眾化,大中小點統一價 $12,特點則 $18點心價錢劃一每款 $12豉油皇煎腸粉煎得頗多油,雖食素遇到油膩的機會是預料之內,但若可以再減少油份會較健康煎腸粉焦了,賣相不好看,明白廚房師傅有時會失手,不過相信他們應該有改善空間,因為普通廣東酒樓可以做到沒有煎至焦的情況雪菜素鴨絲腸粉這款腸粉很特別,因為即使非素菜店都沒有這款腸粉,幾有創意雪菜味道特出,但素鴨卻食不出了,腸粉內包著有腐竹及主要材料雪菜芋絲炸春卷略嫌春卷皮有點厚皮,但意外地竟仍很香脆,而且不太油膩餡料很豐富,因為餡料不太少,也就顯得春卷皮不太厚了三德素菜飽素菜飽與上海菜館的素菜包有點不同,在味道方面就是少了菜腥味奇怪,莫非是菜用多薑…但又食不出有薑味,又莫非是多油之致下次再研究包的皮有點點厚,但很鬆化,少少甜味三德鳳眼餃有素蝦肉質感十分似蝦我不是食素之人,所以對食素沒有研究不過素與真蝦肉的味道卻可以辨別因為素蝦並沒有蝦味不過偶爾吃素對腸胃消化有助白粥粥底與

略嫌春卷皮有點厚皮,但意外地竟仍很香脆,而且不太油膩
餡料很豐富,因為餡料不太少,也就顯得春卷皮不太厚了
三德素菜飽
素菜飽與上海菜館的素菜包有點不同,在味道方面就是少了菜腥味
奇怪,莫非是菜用多薑…但又食不出有薑味,又莫非是多油之致
下次再研究
包的皮有點點厚,但很鬆化,少少甜味
三德鳳眼餃
有素蝦肉
質感十分似蝦
我不是食素之人,所以對食素沒有研究
不過素與真蝦肉的味道卻可以辨別
因為素蝦並沒有蝦味
不過偶爾吃素對腸胃消化有助

白粥
粥底與家中自已煲的白粥十分似,粥底很濃,而且沒有鹽味
白米煮得不完全爆開,就似白飯煲得稀而綿
粟米粥
味道甜甜的粟米粥,感覺很清熱,還有些各菇絲,粥底很清食不出有味精味,下次必再食這款粟米粥

因為當中有同學是素食者,所以通常都選擇到三德素食館。一行六人,點了套餐,包括五(食送)一翅,另加一個(食送),全部都好好味,只是南乳溫公齋煲稍遜紅燒蟹玉素翅雖然係素翅,我覺得比真翅還好味五柳仙班炸得很酥脆金姑扒西蘭花好味唷欖菜雞蓉四季豆跟一般中菜館的味道一樣,沒有一般齋鋪的怪味鑊仔咸菜涼瓜豆卜我一向不愛吃涼瓜,但這個菜跟咸菜結合,出奇特別,而且涼瓜不是大苦南乳溫公齋煲這個賣相及味道都比較遜色南瓜芋頭不知什麼煲芋頭香氣四溢,我們還把它的汁喝掉呢碰巧隔離檯有一食客生日,餐廳安排了蓮花燈燃點蠟燭,十分特別唯一感覺不太好的是:同學們用餐未完,待應逐位問你吃完了嗎,吃完我清理一下,但已經有同學說過:未吃完,待應還堅持逐位同學問一次:你吃完未

椒鹽素軟骨:「素軟骨」係大豆製品, 食落帶點黑椒味, 同以前食過的「素牛扒」一樣味;「蒜粒」應該係炸麵包糠, 脆卜卜, 無油, 味道十足芋角層「皮」. 初初以為呢碟會同常悅的「香酥骨」(http://www.openrice.com/restaurant/commentdetail.htm?commentid=1998720) 差不多, end up 就似「走辣避風塘牛柳粒」多 d, 幾得意亦幾好食.

金湯竹笙鮑絲翅 (一窩): 「金湯」底即南瓜, 但好稀, 飲落基本上無味 (係甜都唔甜的, 遑論南瓜味), 落點醋好好多. 素翅及素鮑魚絲就夠晒爽口 / 煙韌, 口感豐富, 都不錯. 不過一窩份量幾大, 每人都分到兩碗, 大家 order 的話要留意.

紅燒鮑片素海參: 仿鮑片喺 non-齋店都食唔少, 呢度的亦無乜特別; 素海參就真係第一次食, 其實只係蒟蒻製品, 咬落 QQ 的, 但賣相造到「起晒釘」, 又真係幾似
杰身的「紅燒」汁就帶點藥材味, 唔知乜嚟?

閩南三絲炒麵線: 炒得熱辣乾身無油又香口, 福建麵線唔係正宗的腍 bad bad, 食落係煙韌又帶點爽口, 配上素火腿, 豆乾, 冬菇, 芽菜, 椰菜 etc, 我食了兩大碗呢.


食物不錯, 店外 (!) 環境就預咗麻麻, 不過初一十五太多人, 無辦法啦; 阿姐們好好禮貌,「唔好意思」前「多謝」後, 問佢攞套新碗碟, 又主動幫我哋用熱水沖吓, 招呼比好多中式齋店好得多!

埋單每人約 $95, 真係幾得的一餐, 值得試試.

蜜汁煎釀蓮藕餅 - 朋友仔試過推介的。煎得好香口,啖啖都有蓮藕,口感十足,連對蓮藕沒有多大喜好的我都讚口不絕。

而多加的炒飯呢,真的好有驚喜。

欖菜鎗魚菇粒炒飯 - 飯炒得好乾身,但又不會太油,其實我不知道什麼是鎗魚菇粒,只知道啖啖咬落去都不似在吃素。

兩個女生吃那麼多,當然剩啦。最後打包了一盒炒飯,加一塊蓮藕餅回家讓媽媽都試一試質素。不過,今日 (已經星期日啦!) 才發現炒飯原來還在雪櫃(!!!),於是就叮熱做晚餐,隔了三日的炒飯依然好味,媽媽都讚不絕口呢! 不過蓮藕餅就涯不到啦,林晒!

這次一行四人和家人一起在下午約1點就到了, 到了門口已經見到很多人在等位, 因為是星期日的關係吧!! 2點半還有下午荼時間, 等了半小時至45分鐘, 終於有位了~~看到有點心紙~就點了湯水餃, 沙律卷, 薄餅,窩貼(煎餃子)......以上的食物都得好吃~值得一試~特別是那個沙律卷, 其實是類似春卷的樣子, 內裡其實是雜果沙律, 外脆內軟~好吃!!

After facial i need to rush back n fetch my car for my parents, transpassing JD Mall, remembering they do have this assorted vegetarian dish, i stopped by and get a small box.
