這家店很好找,在元朗教育路,地點方便。食物高質。當晚坐在榻榻米房間內,服務員在送餐後會將門關上,高私隱度。房內的佈置及壁畫更顯日式風韻。天空凍,想吃暖烘烘的料理,揀左日式壽喜燒「すき焼き」。和牛高質,唔貴。若搞不懂壽喜燒煮法,亦無須擔心。店員細心附上了一張說明卡,可以按自己動手做。壽喜燒A4和牛二人套餐🔸柚子千枚潰從細節位就看得出餐廳對出品的認真:漬物是千枚漬,聖護院蕪(菁) 削成薄片,以柚子、味醂等「醋漬」而成。在古代可人只有貴族能吃。🔸巨峰提子梳打巨峰提子獨特的果香,味道清爽~飲落甜甜地🔸鹿兒島A4和牛 我傾向關西風的做法,更能吃出新鮮食材原汁原味道。一開始在空鍋抹牛脂後,直接鋪兩大片牛肉煎烤。鹿兒島A4和牛(薩摩牛),油脂分布均勻,入口即溶,肉質細緻,脂肪甘甜,與關西風煮法極為搭調。我還特意問店員取了砂糖。牛味濃郁、柔軟、霜降細密卻沒有過重的油份,,讚。吃壽喜燒時總會附贈的生雞蛋,將它攪拌均勻後,再將煮熟的牛肉沾上滿滿的蛋液,美味呀~ 既可緩和醬汁較鹹甜的味道,而每一口又充滿著蛋香味。如果不敢吃生雞蛋的朋友,也可以參考此食法:在吃完所有肉及蔬菜,最後煮烏冬時將雞蛋加進去。配搭的新鮮蔬菜有 大蔥、娃娃菜、香菇、鴻喜菇、皇帝菜(春菊)等,可依照不同食材的出水狀況,調整醬汁的濃淡比例。🔸美國豚肩肉肩胛部位的豚肉,帶筋又有油脂,有著豐富的肉味肉香。沾上焙煎白芝麻醬吃,味道很棒。🔸北海道千層蛋糕魅力在於「層次感」,一口下去同時感受柔軟餅皮和奶味香濃滑順的奶油,作為一餐的結束,恰到好處~ 喜歡它金色櫻花的甜品羹,美學~還點了兩組壽司🔸吞拿魚五點五個不同部位的吞拿魚,每個部位的油脂及鮮味各有不同,以壽司形式一次過滿足我的味蕾。🔸火炙壽司六點(廚師發板)三文魚 油甘魚 帆立貝 赤蝦 左口魚裙邊 鰻魚,海鮮輕輕用火烤一下,香味倍增,焦香中散發着一點油脂香。是我喜歡的滋味。 continue reading
