成日經過都無食過。今日朋友約我來這裡食,終於入去食啦!😆本身諗住叫個牛油果軟殼蟹卷,但原來lunch time 有lunch set 又幾抵播!有幾個餐都想食,最後揀左海葡萄蟹肉海膽丼($88)上碟很精緻,有日本一泊二食嘅感覺。成個set 有齊涼菜、沙律、湯、蒸蛋、水果,又幾開心。海葡萄蟹肉海膽丼都算足料,不錯👍🏻餐廳卡位間隔又有partition, 感覺都有啲私密度,可以同朋友講下秘密🤣不知道晚餐有沒有set dinner 🤣 不過單點選擇也很多,看相片也很吸引🤩

15/7/2024,晚上約19:45,到貴舖以現金共消費426元!入門口左邊櫃台第一位女職員,我表示2位,她對我無greetings無招呼無表情,直接轉身召喚另一女職員帶位,坐於門口右邊卡位,當時客量稀少。點了一份吉列豬扒定食,十多件壽司,一份明太子煎蛋卷。上菜非常慢,第一道上的是定食,只有豬扒飯我已覺奇怪,除吞拿魚壽司味道奇怪,似未解凍的味道,所有食物味道一般!中途有一枱客,2位男士點菜,點菜後女職員亦只顧與該台客談笑風生!完全無為意我的定食還有湯及沙律未上菜!直至我結賬時,我與最初於門口面無表情的女職員查詢,定食有什麼配套?她表示有主菜,湯及沙律!我問她知否等到最後沙律及湯仍未上菜?她才如夢初醒!我已即時向她表示由一入門口開始已無招呼,如其他客大聲談笑風生,漏上菜亦全不知情!我以後不會再來,只會叫人不要來!

為慶祝週年紀念,選擇了這家餐廳。首次光臨,包廂消費金額須達二千元。沒想到在香港可以找到一間如此具有日本居酒屋氛圍的包廂,能夠確保隱私。下單了餐廳的蟹宴,其中海膽飯令我感到驚喜,非常美味!所有菜餚都非常可口,最後我飽到必須扶著肚子離開。下次我一定會再來光顧。

7點到達,生啤 Sapporo 供應只一杯就斷了,服務員稱要去外面補買那大罐子,廿分鐘沒成,遷就一下 Suntory 也算呢,但不凍的,味道有點怪,服務員稱是當晚灌出的第一杯,換過第二杯了也差不多,沒喝。668元那刺生盤看上去還行,放十幾分鐘,海胆散開了,刺身很多軟綿綿的,應該冰凍了很久。沒有投訴,也費事吵鬧,今天做中高檔飲食生意的確艱難。其實有點可惜,店內環境不錯的,洗手間乾淨,我特介意,也謝謝它第二杯啤酒沒收費。

呢個小卷用飯加紫蘇葉包住好多既海膽,唔油膩而且有層次感,先食到香脆後食到飯綿綿,先食到香濃嘅紫蘇葉味再食多海膽嘅鮮味,仲可以點旁邊嘅咖喱鹽食用,我個人認為因為本身係用咗壽司醋飯嘅關係,炸完會比原先未炸嘅壽司飯鹹味增添,所以就咁已經夠未,不過本身咖喱鹽嘅味道都好香,配搭一齊食都好夾
但一定要留意嘅係要小心好熱,因為佢真係即炸,而且飯同海膽嘅比例好似一比一,海膽量唔孤寒,所以都係我大愛❤️
