法包即叫即焗的,放入焗爐前 伯伯會噴啲水上小法包,焗好後就放入扎肉、紅蘿蔔絲、腩肉、咸豬手肉等等,十分之足料呀!伯伯調味亦調很相當好,我最喜歡嗰陣胡椒味!

Finally try their Vietnamese Sandwich, heard so much good review on this place. Oh my!! Their bread which is the Baguette is very crunchy and they put a lot of filling in it. Those Vietnamese ham and the 肝醬 are so good. I also ask for more coriander as I love more and he is willing to give unlike other places. I found it actually taste better with with chili as I like it with a touch of spicy.

The shop is located a bit far from the streets, but as signboards are out there is no hesitation. I went to the store around 11 o'clock.The old man of the store was doing sandwich making.I ordered a small size sandwich.($37)When ordering, bread with sausage and putty in between was toasted.And cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots are caught in baguettes.The weather was nice on that day, so I ate a fresh sandwich in a nearby park.Baguette was very crispy.(Be careful as breadcrumbs will spill when eating.

Baguette was very crispy.

The carrot has a good taste and texture is also good.
There were many sausages and putty and it was a sandwich with a very satisfying eating response.

I am sorry that it is a little far away, but it is a store I want to go again.

數年後再度造訪,水準依舊,暖暖法包加上即夾的多款泰越式餸料,包括酸菜、扎肉、爽口燻蹄片等等。當晚收銀、接order、三文治製作都只有一人工作,雖然超級肚餓,但眼見做不停手的老細都只好耐心等候啊~

吃了這店多年由半份法式三文治由$18吃到現在$35水準從無降低過。物價按年通漲你說他貴嗎?但那些連鎖店放在凍櫃內的冷冷三文治也要此數。喜歡這𥚃永遠是即點即做!用十分鐘換來一件外皮焗至香脆,一口咬下麵包屑四濺的享受是覺得十分伐算的一件事!豐富的餡料有豬手、肝醬、嚼肉還有大量醃漬過完全沒有生澀味的蘿蔔絲,喜歡辣的再加上刺激十足指天椒粒(仲可以揀大小辣)。年少時可吃下全份當午餐,或正餐前吃半份當頭盤熱身,現在.....半份已KO!當戲院小吃部一隻微波翻叮乜料都無的熱狗也是這價錢的話....你會㨂邊樣?
