同家人一齊去呢間居酒屋食omagase 做冬,睇到menu 嘅時候,心諗佢哋嘅價錢比出面其他日本餐廳優惠咁多,會唔會質素同份量會差好遠呢?我仲睇定a la carte menu ,之後可能會加單。我嘅擔心絕對係多餘。食物嘅質素同份量真係超晒班,自問自己成日去唔同嘅日本餐廳食飯,高價嘅或者平民化嘅餐廳都經常探索,真係未試過有一間好似呢間咁令我同屋企人咁surprise 同震撼。環境乾淨舒服,好有親切嘅感覺。最後仲要飽得滯,食唔到海鮮粥,打包返屋企,全家飽到抱住個肚返屋企。多謝老闆的安排,令我一家過咗一個溫馨開心嘅冬至。 continue reading

聽老闆說這間餐廳已開了10年了,老朋友很久前已推介過幾次,因為我是港島人,今次難得走入荃灣,一定要試試這間日本料理🩷很特別的一間小店,置身於工廈內,被大門日本色彩畫布吸引,一進入內,恍似置身於東京魚市場,牆上色彩繽紛日本風畫布,很吸引的居酒屋😍由於小店形式經營,只有老闆和一位員工招待,熱情好客老闆推介二人前晚餐,廚師發辦於當晚採用新鮮食材😘首先上魔鬼魚翅左口小食,香脆可口👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻壽司四款👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻拖羅,赤身,魷魚,帶子全部新鮮鮮甜,特別拖羅,入口即溶十款刺身👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻劍魚腩,赤背,縞蝦,三文魚腩,甜蝦等等刺身,每款鮮味濃郁串燒拼盤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻雞芯,雞翼,雞皮燒得香脆可口,最特別一款魔鬼魚切,魔鬼魚一排魚骨,都是軟身,口感很像雞軟骨,很特別,食不停口清酒煮螺👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻清甜帶一點酒味花螺,螺肉爽口鮮甜蟹肉湯稻庭烏冬👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻鮮甜蟹肉濃湯配上彈牙稻庭烏冬,戀在心頭最後奉上甜品,我至愛雪糕🩷🩷創意擺設雪糕山,有不同口味雪糕,冧酒提子,薑汁,咖啡和開心果,吃盡所有我喜歡的雪糕,大滿足😍除了老闆窩心熱情招待,小店內有很多打卡位置,加上食物質素一流,難怪開了10年很多捧場客,真心值得推介😋 continue reading
