又是買外賣的一晚。在荃灣街市附近工作,有不少燒味店,唐心是其中一間,其實又是唐順興的分支。後者的消費對象比較基層,基本上就是早上量化生產,然後斬件入盒包裝打價,傍晚時分則減價速銷的手流程。其實五六點去買更扺,但我多數在忙,所以早一點買。今次買的是口水雞。基本上半隻雞50元都是街市價錢。師傅斬切求其大件。首先斬唔斷,其次大小應以人能入口的大小為基本,更莫說胸位稍鞋切得應比脾位薄的微調了。雞味,在這個價錢就不要期望,浸得頗熟,滷水味也不夠,雞也不新鮮,可能是隔夜準備好。脾位完全沒斬開。同樣斬得大件,口感硬實。整體而言,價錢雖平,但質素更差,建議打折後才買,純粹補充蛋白質可以。 continue reading

5-5-2018 (Sat)同老公o係嘉樂食完早餐就買餸俾爸爸,行經呢o度,老公見到有乳鴿,叫我買俾爸爸食,啊,睇睇,睇睇吓見到有燻蹄,好耐冇食喇.老公話買定第二日食.啊,好吖.咁我買一隻$38.00乳鴿同一盒有埋海蜇,$35.00o既燻蹄.揀o左乳鴿,亞姐會問我o地斬唔斬.我就要斬.俾埋錢走得.o個晚我同老公出街食飯,就叫爸爸食o左隻乳鴿,之後返到屋企,最後爸爸只食o左半隻.咁我o地o係大前日(6-5-2018 Sun)晚,連埋海蜇燻蹄一齊食埋啦.我先食海蜇,辣o既,點解要整辣佢?佢o既口應都仍有啲爽口.燻蹄就唔辣,但酒o既苦味幾強烈,口感正常爽同唔多肥肉,o徙晒.而乳鴿呢?鹹淡適中,OK o既.味道係3.27分呢間雖然叫唐心,但原來係唐順興o既.衛生係2.5分, 抵食係2.7分 continue reading

第一次來是因為想試旁邊的冰室, 但多人到不值得排, 所以走進了唐心。唐心採取自助形式, 先到收銀處落單, 再等候叫號取餐。這裡提供全日餐, 加了餐飲也不用$30, 今時今日絕對是超值價。不要以為平就無好, 唐心絕不將貨就價。初看叉燒蛋飯有點擔心, 因本人不愛瘦叉, 討厭它太"鞋",但唐心的瘦叉, 多汁滑嫩, 實在是食過最正的叉燒蛋飯。再來一個豬手飯, 豬手軟度適中, 不會"林"得像一堆膠水, 但略嫌尚有點豬毛未清淨。順帶一提, 奶油朱只售$9, 熱飲加$2, 凍飲加$3, 是見過的最抵價, 可惜太飽, 留待下次再試。 continue reading

今日同朋友去左一間荃灣新開的餐廳到食飯, 見到無咩人,就入左去試下,點左個叉燒蛋飯黎食, 原本諗住普普通通, 點知睇到都流口水, 叉燒好好味,又吾硬,鬆軟爽口, D汁又好好味,加埋個半生熟的太陽蛋, 撈埋落D飯到一齊食,好好食!!!!!!!>< 食完下次都要返黎食 continue reading
