👍🏼抵食指數:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😋好食程度:⭐️⭐️⭐️之前朋友介紹過呢間扒房,因為佢嘅薯條係無限添加,已經覺得好新奇,香港好少有呢類扒房可以任黑松露薯條,而且價錢唔算貴,性價比極高。而呢間 Top Blade Steak Lab 位於唔算好多人嘅布慎道,大家經常去cwb 搵食嘅一啲都唔陌生。限時推介 #酸洋蔥平鐵牛扒五成熟嘅 #牛扒,(夾埋 #薯條 )份量夠一人食,塊扒都幾厚身,咬落下都幾嫩,而且明顯有鎖住肉汁,味道同口感唔錯,亦無太過熟,但唔算係好高質嘅肉扒,呢個價錢算係咁。個 #烤蒜頭 好好食,味道好出,夾埋牛扒一同進食,口感一流!反而佢配上酸洋蔥就有少少唔太夾,可能我唔太好食酸洋蔥,感覺有嘅怪怪地。 #牛肉汁扁意粉
反而個扁意粉有少少失色,意粉煮得有啲生,咬落口就有啲硬,個牛肉汁就不過不失,唔算好出眾,普通牛肉汁嘅味道。所以建議都係食返牛扒會好啲。佢嘅薯條係值得一讚,好脆口,而且侍應時不時都會問食客需唔需要添加。任食薯條確實係佢嘅一大賣點,性價比都尚算高。 continue reading

非常差的用餐經驗,我們四人每人點了一份主菜和飲品。牛扒和意面味道還可以,朋友點的豬鞍架,一半都是肥膏,全是油根本吃不下。跟店員投訴,他說因為這些豬都是一樣比較肥,然後他說要不換一個別的漢堡給我們。我們就答應了,等了20分鐘,當時店裡只有兩桌根本一點都不忙。我們期間催了一次,店員說馬上好了。過了10分鐘我們又再問,然後他們就說其實我們根本沒有在做新的給你。店員也有點難為情,這就說明可能是廚師發脾氣?哪有這樣的服務態度,浪費時間也很生氣。如果一早說明白不給換哪我們為什麼要我們等那麼久?完全是垃圾店鋪,以後都唔會返嚟! 今時今日咁嘅服務態度真的很過分 continue reading

係附近行完街,想食好少少,於是就去左呢間主打食flat iron steak, 薯條任食嘅鋪頭!男朋友簡左是日精選嘅慢煮平鐵牛扒,而我就簡左經典香草平鐵牛扒。order 完之後佢就會先上薯條,薯條都係即炸同埋係你面前即撈,非常重truffle 味,都幾好食!你鍾意嘅話可以free flow 食到嘔都得,佢係70分鐘任食等左一陣就上啲牛,相比之下,慢煮嘅方式係比普通平鐵牛扒餐係滑嫩好多,再加上黑椒汁,非常好食。而香草平鐵牛扒就多左陣香草味,煎完口感雖然比慢煮鞋少少,但仍然keep 到陣牛味,可見牛嘅質素都ok! 美中不足係份量比較少,食量較大的朋友可能會覺得唔夠喉(可能佢都係諗住用薯條打爆你個胃) continue reading

Top Blade Steak Lab位於旺中帶靜的希慎道,主打坊間少見的平鐵牛扒 (Flat Iron)。每份足8安士,簡單以海鹽、香草等材料調味已經很好味!而且價錢也相當經濟,一份招牌香草烤平鐵牛扒,也只是賣HK$150,絕對是物超所值。逢週未假期,以及晚飯時間,餐廳更會提供任食薯條。這裏的薯條雖然偏幼身,但最好就是連皮即炸,配上白松露鹽調味,已經讓你食到停不了口!媽咪罕有的叫了日本啤酒🍻,好有興致! continue reading
