粗菜館係上世紀九十年代蔡瀾有份開嘅一間飯店,九龍城總店同佐敦間店我都曾經食過晚飯!自從佐敦分店結業後,我就無再去過,2016年喺北角炮台山開番,我都係今日先同朋友來食晚飯據我理解,所謂粗菜,即粗茶淡飯,昔日香港五、六十年代,平民食嘅都係粗茶淡飯点會好似而家啲人咁,餐餐大魚大肉🐟🍗今時今日,「粗茶淡飯」, 已成為一種懷舊特色菜入面裝潢簡單清雅在呢度會食到上一代人講嘅夠鑊氣,如惠州梅菜扣肉、家鄉煎魚餅、蜆蚧炒鮮牛肉、秘製煀乳鴿、招牌菜炒魚雲、炒魚腩及豬油撈飯等家鄉懷舊菜;招牌菜炒豬雜,上一代慳儉人嘅下欄菜,將豬肝、粉腸、豬心及豬肺等內臟炒埋一碟,重点係有鑊氣我同朋友都唔係重口味,所以簡單叫咗兩個比較清淡嘅菜整體上,呢度嘅菜大大碟,夠鑊氣,好重口味,充满昔日香江情懷,價錢算合理。我同朋友食完感覺好滯同有啲口乾🙅‍♀️如果閣下偏愛重口味,相信會啱食😅 continue reading

每次黎親都係同全家嚟,連埋爺爺嫲嫲,所以多數book到樓上嘅圓枱,好少人會來樓上食(因為佢哋唔係一大班人),好似包場咁樣,所以成日都食得好開心😆。呢度嘅小菜有好多款式:牛、豬、雞、魚都有,素食都有,同埋有住家餸😍首先來個🐷惠州梅菜扣肉($102)雖然個煲細,但係其實有好多塊,夾夾埋埋都有八塊厚嘅😯係好分明嘅肥膏同埋豬肉,啲汁入晒味👍🏻同埋啲梅菜都唔少,唔會太咸(啲細路用啲汁來撈飯🙄🤪)。🐟白飯魚煎蛋 ($88) 煎得好靚,係有金黃色嘅脆邊😍,但係都應該用咗唔少油來煮,唔熱嗰陣時就會覺得有啲油膩(餐牌話少油🤔)。但係就真係少鹽嘅,同埋佢都算大碟,有四塊厚同埋大嘅👍🏻抵食。🦐蝦仁炒蛋($98)就多蝦,但係蝦唔會話係特別新鮮。同白飯魚煎蛋比較,呢碟就會覺得鹹左少少同埋比較油膩,要撈飯先好味👌🏻🐟招牌炒魚腩($100)冇見過其他餐廳整過,係呢度嘅招牌小菜。炸得好香好脆,唔會點左好多漿。都有好多舊👍🏻🐷炭燒豬頸肉($98)份量大,抵食👍🏻啲豬頸肉唔會太肥,同埋佢切到一片片比較薄好腍。(又係俾啲細路搶晒😅)奶香金銀炸饅頭($42 四件)真係炸到黃金色,咬落去係脆的,唔會炸到腍晒。🐔啫啫鮮雞煲($100)都幾大份,都有好多舊雞,但係都會比較油膩,所以唔係太受歡迎。呢一煲🍲粉絲蝦米什菜煲($92)望落好細,但係唔知點解食極都食唔完🤣啲菜煲到好腍,有好多粉絲同埋菇,比較少蝦米。有唐生菜、西蘭花同埋菜心,唐生菜比較多。🥦炒西蘭花($80)好重嘅紹興酒味,但係都炒得香,唔會好油。份量都多。我地有會員卡所以有九折😁侍應嘅服務態度都好👍🏻如果想食中菜但係唔鍾意太吵雜嘅環境,又想要食物質素比較好D嘅,就嚟呢度啦!☺️(記住要預訂枱) continue reading

男朋友鍾意食中菜,本身今次double date揀左東寶小館,但聽講太貴又熱,所以轉左食粗菜館,好似抵d, d 評價好似唔錯7點到左,都幾清靜,環境好闊落,坐得幾舒服我地好快揀左4個推介菜式,4碗豬油撈飯Openrice好多人讚既西檸雞,望落好靚,個汁好正咁,有d檸檬片既碎食第一舊覺得好正,炸得幾香脆,但冇乜雞肉...薄過紙,炸粉好厚好厚,係個醬汁搭夠呢個香辣脆魚又係睇到會流口水🤤,第一件係惹味既,個辣汁整得岩岩好,但魚腩都幾多骨下,又唔太滑,食多舊覺得好悶,又凍晒,要多人食先好好快黎晒所有餸,開餐喇個炸豆腐配梅粉又幾夾,一啖一舊豬油撈飯冇想像中咁香,少少硬,但可接受油麥菜炒豆鼓鯪魚好古怪,偷工減料,加粉絲落去如果下次多d人都可以再食,但4個人就唔可以叫咁多餸,仲要差唔多樣樣炸 continue reading

一心與母親光顧去飲他們自家煲的湯水及點一些小菜。母親有習慣每天晚上吃飯時喝點中藥浸的酒(用一小小瓶盛載)。之前也試過在這間普通小菜店光顅時喝過。但今晚當母親倒出來在小茶杯時忽然有一位操內地囗音的女侍應喝止我母親不能飲用酒並要徵收開瓶費!甚惑不解,老闆(我們這樣假定)也在附近仍沒有解圍。及後才知道他們原來最近領了酒牌,但又沒有在菜單上列明會徴收。客人已經不多,又早打佯,還這樣的對待,不知他們能否繼續經營。 continue reading
