To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天book了一點鐘,早大概十分鐘到,reception在一條窄窄的走廊,但是地方沒有人在位處理,前前後後就週圍佈滿了客人,分唔清楚,邊度排隊,幾分鐘之後,服務員來到,根本沒有處理秩序,邊個湧上前面,在混亂中報到,就是第一步,但是即是book了,依然無了期地等,在座很多人鼓譟,他們說book了十二點半也未入座。我在現場等了15分鐘,才有機會向前報到,但見到前面on list的人,有十幾張枱。 如果是這樣,booking有什麼意思? 現場reception來來去去得一個服務員,但是要處理人潮如用的客人,根本間接製造混亂。這間酒樓去年食過一次,食物質素類似公共屋邨的平民酒樓,但價錢就中環價錢。唯一優點就係在中環較方便的地方,方便見朋友。但由於管理極度混亂,完全摧毀這個優點了。以後不會再去。不知所謂的垃圾級別酒樓。

2個人食咗大約$590, lunch time 12:45pm到, 冇book位, 唔駛等直接有位, 坐房, 夠隱蔽, 傾偈幾好! 食物樣樣都唔特別好食, 蟹肉伊麫好淡; 咸水角正常; 煎蘿蔔糕好油, 味道唔好; 馬拉糕最好食, 係兒時味道; 煎糯米雞一般, 蛋散一般偏差, 有啲走氣feel; 合桃露用粉開水嘅, 唔惦; 鮮蝦腐皮卷一般, 上菜慢, 仲要唔知book枱有75折, 我哋俾正價, 無下次! 我相信中環有更好嘅選擇, 又貴又唔好食, 嘥錢嘥時間!

已經一段時間冇去,印象中點心應該不錯,但係今日失望而回。雪山义燒包非常離普,見到已經唔想食,向服務員反映竟然被串「雪山梗係凹凸㗎啦」蘿蔔絲酥餅得個油字,唔知點心師傅係咪放咗假?

平日Lunch 可選擇的點心比較少,炒腸粉及蒸腸粉也說只有週末才供應。點了數個點心後,可能坐下已是1:30,五分鐘後告知有一半點的已沽清,要重新再在不多選擇的點心中再選!整體味道是可以的,但選擇真不多。待應說晚餐到八月底有七一折,叫我們再來😆
