月中有客戶邀請出席週年晚宴,在尖沙咀美麗華商場,如果唔係有人邀請真係唔知這裏咁多餐廳,搵咗好耐先搵到,最後先知原來有𨋢直達,一望餐單似乎相當唔錯。鴻運乳豬全體,當然係乳豬件,皮脆肉嫩,就是比較肥。鮑汁扣五頭鮑魚,炆得入味。xo醬翡翠玉帶子,帶子食得出鮮味。杏香百花丸,杏仁片脆,海鮮肉丸有鮮味彈牙。上湯蝦球伊麵,蝦球爽彈。海鹽蒸海斑就普普通通,有啲過熟。南乳吊燒雞皮脆入味,就唔太熱。和風櫻花蝦炒飯,櫻花蝦咸香,飯炒得乾身好味。高級食府係有啲堅持,除咗燒雞唔太熱,其他所有食物都係熱辣辣,上枱仲係出煙。

我們在哪裏是吃晚餐 , 一入到去太陽還未完全落山 , 在餐廳內還是看到夕陽的餘暉。 這間餐廳的服務十分周到, 員工十分足夠, 做事效率非常快, 沒有出現漏單狀況。 另外, 冰鎮菠蘿咕嚕肉具有特色。 以冰製成的碗, 把咕嚕肉放在裏面, 使咕嚕肉保持酥脆,十分好吃。 其他各類的食品質素也很不錯, 材料十分新鮮。 我們叫了壽桃包和薑汁紅棗糕。 壽桃包的份量十分適合, 雖然入面沒有蛋黃, 但蓮蓉不算太甜, 不會吃下去很漏的感覺。 薑汁紅棗糕薑味適中,也適合兒童吃。

餸菜好味,招呼周到,有AE咭7折後價錢合理。可惜上菜慢,除了燒味炒菜外,往往要食完一碟再等10分鐘才有第二道菜,就算和職員反映幾次都不行,他們寧願叫我取消。這在其他同級餐廳少見,希望能改善。

1)蜜汁第一刀义燒
非常有驚喜!無論色澤、味道及肉質均有水準,碟邊之蠔油豆亦不能錯過。
2)翠亨靚一鷄
即是起骨之沙姜鷄,附有沙姜汁及姜蓉可沾點食用,份量偏少,不過味道不錯。
3)珊瑚脆海蜇
前菜,辣味適中海蜇爽口彈牙,果然開胃!
4)杏汁燉白肺湯
4人份量但可分5碗,杏汁香濃,湯渣亦非常美味足料,除瘦肉及豬肺外,連大粒乾瑶柱亦可夾到。
5)羊肚菌紅燒豆腐
豆腐非常滑份量亦算多,跟肉類菜式同樣吸引。
6)鮮菠蘿冰鎮咕嚕肉
咕嚕肉放在冰制之容器,與鮮菠蘿分開放在碟上,視覺效果吸引,咕嚕肉保持脆口份量亦足。
7)發財蠔豉柱甫
既應節及老人家在新年期間喜愛的食物,揀選這菜式純粹貪其意頭十足,不過味道亦算合格,有4粒大大粒瑤柱及蠔豉。
8)青湯煮萵荀絲
賣相平凡但入口有驚喜,萵荀絲爽口清甜,雖然已經飽感十足,但仍忍不住全部清碟。
整體上全晚的食物是令人滿意,不過扣分地方為當晚有漏單情況出現(萵荀絲),雖然提出後有即時跟進,但作為米芝蓮餐廳,應該要積極改善以保持服務水平。
