i saw the advertisement of it being the first ever ramen to get a michelin star so 即興 decided to come here for lunch, kinda left disappointed though...u can choose what type of sauce u want and theres truffle sauce for those who are more boujie✨ i chose the normal sauce and theres nothing particularly tasty about it so i didnt understand how it got the michelin star continue reading

今次來到這間日本既過江龍拉麵店這間拉麵店連續4年得到米芝蓮一星, 並不簡單看到Menu有一個新的蟹湯拉麵也有豚骨拉麵, 醬油拉麵, 鹽味拉麵, 照燒鷄拉麵, 味噌拉麵, 還有有小食和丼飯餐廳環境一眼看完, 座位不多, 我坐在Bar枱, 可以看到師傅煮麵蟹湯拉麵 ($139)拉麵送到時已經聞到蟹味, 先試下湯湯頭一喝就喝得出蟹味, 但並不算濃拉麵表面有些蔥, 下邊有蟹肉, 一開始看到紅色還以為是蟹膏怎知道原來是蕃茄醬加蟹肉, 這些蟹肉反而沒有蟹味叉燒很大一塊, 是薄切的, 肉很嫩不會嚡, 好食麵是幼麵, 比較滑, 掛湯力比較差, 吃一口麵喝一口湯的吃法會更好吃還有麵的份量比較少日式炸雞塊 (5件) ($45)雞塊有5件, 旁邊有一塊青檸, 炸雞都算大塊外面炸得酥脆, 雞肉不會嚡, 但肉汁較少燒烤梅花肉 ($28)看到好像很細碟, 但其實都有10多塊, 肉嫩還多了焦香, 好食總結, 蟹湯拉麵Menu寫上極濃蟹湯, 但我覺得距離極濃還有一段距離$139再加一, 這個價錢吃一碗拉麵真心貴, 完全不值想吃的朋友還是等開關後到東京吃吧 continue reading
