香港其中一個最好的食店, 就咁就冇咗. 很多人只懂講規矩, 價錢; 不如叫大家樂來經營咪冇事囉; 不過從此不再有特色, 只可吃飽而已. 很多人只說東宝價錢貴, 坦白講貴多一倍也是滿座的, 點解?因為他有的東西其他地方沒有嘛. 你們樓上的唔去冇問題呀, who cares ? 我們去的可以不用排隊更好.食物質素唔係最好但係亦都合格, 雖然好多人都投訴質素唔屬於頂級, 但氣氛真係一流講返東宝個原地方, 我肯定價錢會大幅下降, 食物質素也會提高, 不過這又如何?人氣已經冇咗了, 可惜 continue reading

東寶小館應該是大排檔中最Hyped的一家, 從用戰鬥碗承載啤酒, 去到侍應用筷子開啤酒樽蓋, 它的焦點不是在食物上, 而是營造出來的氛圍. 這很對外國旅客的胃口, 但在疫情之下, 沒有旅客, 這些對我也不太吸引, 回歸菜式水準的評核, 我和老婆一致認為它跌Watt了, 而且是狠狠地跌的那一種.先說大排檔必叫的炸類, 椒鹽九肚魚外皮夠脆, 但太多厚身, 內裏的九肚魚肉質過散, 如吃魚蓉, 不太實在. 沙拉骨未能做得肉質鬆化, 一咬不能骨肉分離, 口感甚韌. 沙拉醬夠濃稠, 但味道流於表面, 未能滲入肉排內, 有點”愧對”招牌”這兩個字. 荷葉飯太濕, 不是醬汁令其過濕, 而是因為蒸的時候的倒汗水回流. 在可見將來還是沒有太多旅客, 如何以質素取回本土食客的回歸, 這也許是老闆們應該擔心的問題.Tung Po Kitchen is one of the most hyped restaurant in HK. The bowl for drinking beer and the skill using chopstick to open the beer bottle are two key items of this restaurant. 8點入席,都已經好多人坐低食緊野。我地一行5人,叫左好多味餸,可以同大家介紹一下,先從味道出發:椒鹽鮮魷,魷魚都幾滑幾林既,炸得好香口,送酒一流。🍻咕嚕肉,炸得耐左少少,外層硬左少少,唔夠薄脆。😌腐乳通菜,幾好味,腐乳唔會死咸,濃度適中,掛到上菜到,好味!😋粟米瑤柱羹,偏淡少少,不過清清地,中和下濃味既菜色。🫠鮑汁荷葉飯,幾好食好重荷葉味!🍂啫啫牛仔骨煲,牛仔骨幾好食,齒得開,林既,入味!🐄魚腸蒸蛋,個人感覺比較腥,上面油炸鬼粒偏硬,唔脆。🥲最後既呢個免費甜品,幾有驚喜!佢涼粉切絲,口感好好啦,好似面條咁;最窩心係佢加左薑汁,中和番涼粉既寒。真心出色,我食左2個🤣最後最後,有個好重要既,就係:我覺得呢間老店最值得回頭既,係人情味同文化,佢地職員可以話同客人打成一片,播住懷舊既中英文歌,係到食飯有一種好有人情味既感覺,呢個絕對唔係間間餐廳可以俾到你,亦係有錢都未必買到既飲食體驗!🥰 continue reading

食物價錢貴,平均每個餸都比其他熟食中心大排檔貴幾十蚊左右,但味道麻麻,好一般,性價比低,吾值得一試,呢個價錢可以搵間環境好好多概餐廳服務態度差,吾應人之餘仲要超串,完全無服務可言仲要收5%服務費,環境好逼,枱同枱之間好貼好近,衛生環境好一般,坐得吾舒服上菜時間起碼超過半個鐘以上,差吾多食完一個餸先黎第二個餸,雖然食完有薑汁涼粉送,切到一條條概涼粉,口感一般,又得個辣味,吾好食結括而言,呢個價錢同味道吾值得一試。 continue reading
