To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

逢星期五都差唔多係食同一個早餐,星期六日,都係行去駱克道食早餐去平時嗰間公司見到隔離有間叫同心,門口望望早餐餐牌嚟有三文治或者啲炒蛋多士拼粉類之類,見到佢有一個沙律吞拿魚牛角包,好似幾吸引入去試吓先,坐低叫咗個吞拿魚沙律牛角包,平時都係飲開啡走,今次都一樣,牛角包叫姐姐幫我大火,嚟到咖啡,溫度唔夠太熱,但係咖啡味道,好滑,由於要大火關係都等咗成8分鐘牛角包先至上枱,嚟到賣相好吸引吞拿魚份量甚多,咬落去外脆內軟,有牛油,入邊有兩片生菜,咬落去每一啖都有吞拿魚,份量之多有啲驚喜。早餐又多個好選擇。 continue reading

下晝午餐時間要齊人先入得,好彩一點左右去都有位,都有好多人喺出邊等緊外賣。認為佢哋嘅奶茶都幾好飲,建議大家下次唔好叫茶走直接叫奶茶味道會啱啱好,因為比較細杯加咗煉奶最後就會太甜。灣仔最多就係叉燒滑蛋飯,尤其是係大公仔食飯嗰兩條街,呢個蔥花相對冇咁多豉油係偏甜嘅嗰隻,但係炒蛋非常夠滑唔係加奶款,師傅手勢好好叉燒亦都唔會太肥,女仔可以叫小飯,表示我應該會好味到食得晒,正常飯男仔份量應該都充足。朋友叫咗個沙嗲牛肉麵,見其他枱都幾多人,叫常餐亦都推薦,沙嗲牛肉唔係辣嘅嗰隻。喺開飯見到奶油脆豬圖片好吸引,所以我哋都叫咗你食,下午茶非常推薦一個女仔加埋個茶餐就會好飽,朋友唔算大食就食唔晒,炒蛋水準一樣咁高,超級滑。茶記當然唔少得叫凍檸茶因為夏天時間出邊等位都比較熱嘢食,大部份都嚟得好快,都係即叫即整。 continue reading

咁啱我同同事喺附近返工,諗住食下附近茶餐廳,點知間間到咁多人,最後,我同我個同事選擇咗一間叫<同心>嘅茶餐廳去食午餐。我哋分別選咗咗2個常餐去試吓。火腿絲仿鮑魚絲通粉配鮮奶炒蛋轉左豬仔包 - 個豬仔包有兩份, 十分大件,一個人一定食唔完。另外,火腿通粉個湯十分鮮味,真係好清,等我食咗佢全部嘅湯。蕃茄叉燒意粉配厚多士 - 叉燒十分多,有成七到八件,真心抵食,個蕃茄湯底十分濃郁,超好味,另外個蛋又炒得好滑,配合多士真係絕配。 continue reading
