因為實在太唔夠飽啦, 最後我哋在加左荷香古法蒸滑雞, 呢個賣相得, 而且雞整得好鮮味嫩滑, 再放咗啲紅棗落去蒸即刻覺得呢道菜好養生咁, 紅棗嘅香味再加埋薑蔥惹味配搭, 好得!

服務員建議先取2款大閘蟹味道,不用怕大閘蟹份量太多而趕不上吃,大閘蟹放在枱上涼了。
我們選擇了味道之後,第1次坐了10分鐘便把所選的2款味道大閘蟹送上。之後再要其他味道的大閘蟹,因為來吃的人多了,所以等候時間也長了幾分鐘。
用上木盒擺放的大閘蟹,如此特別,原來是直接用上木盒所蒸,不吃時還有木蓋盒上,以保熱力。

一直都不知風沙大閘蟹是怎樣做,原來是避風塘大閘蟹。突然覺得,這樣炒大閘蟹,蟹膏便會流出來,會否浪費了大閘蟹的蟹膏呢? 能否吃出鮮味呢?

真的沒想到,原來這些大閘蟹會加了粉後,下油炸以保蟹膏,和肉質鮮味。配上避風塘炒的大閘蟹更加惹味香口,實在很喜歡吃。
不過可能用油而炸,真的有點飽肚感,但還是很喜歡吃,最後這夜我吃了一共10隻大閘蟹,朋友吃了12隻,不用HKD400能吃那麼多大閘蟹和任飲薑茶,真的很飽又滿足。

星期日當然要一家大細去飲個茶,今次選擇了位於Crowne Plaza的紫粤軒,踏出二樓reception同事主動打招呼而且非常有笑容,我們一行五個人叫了不少點心,其中最喜歡的是黑松露野菌餃,一籠三件賣相非常精美,黑松露味突出,我們還encore了。黑魚子燒賣亦值得推介,配上黑魚子感覺新鮮。鳳爪非常入味,享受了一個悠然捨意的午餐。
