𝘽𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙝𝙤 𝙙𝙚 𝙑𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙥𝙖 (6.5/10) 
It was a tasty start to the meal. The moist cassava croquettes had a nicely crisp exterior skin that contrasted delightfully with the fresh shrimp inside, while the accompanying sauces lifted the quite flavorful combination.

The sushi trio of tuna and sancho pepper, scallops and spicy uni foam, and smoked duck showed off fresh ingredients. However, the special additions like sancho pepper and foam sadly did little to enhance flavors, making for a selection that was pleasant but somewhat forgettable.

Grilled octopus and mango vinaigrette wrapped in soft house bread, making for a pretty good handheld snack. However, the flavors did not stand out remarkably, remaining pleasant but lacking the punch to leave a long-lasting impression.
