打邊爐一定要食時令食材,
今次係小水母(即係海蜇)和鮮活海蟶,水母嘅形狀好得意,半透明,滾1分鐘就食得,質感有少少似蒟蒻,爽口彈牙。海蟶無沙,好乾淨,隻隻飽滿,入口新鮮甘甜,必食食材!

山珍菌湯中含很多不同種類的菇菌,有茶樹菇、猴頭菇、鮮冬菇、秀珍菇,濃濃的菇菌味是我的最愛。
麻辣湯底方面,我選了普通辣,辣度可接受,不過會愈滾愈辣,而且反而有陣羊羶味。

毛肚是未經漂白的牛柏葉,而與牛柏葉不同之處,就是沒有中間又粗又硬的厚硬邊,吃起來只有一大片爽口的葉片。

鵝腸也是滾30秒就可,好乾淨,爽口又不會過腥,少少羶羶味。

食物質素高質又新鮮,例如:嫩牛肉,鮮龍躉片,無雪藏味。萵筍片擺盤好精緻,刨得薄薄擺到好似一個大玫瑰花咁(打咭一流),再有鮮黃喉同牛肝,出面唔係好多鋪頭都有得叫,一定要叫,超級爽口。洛神花鮮橙特飲超大杯,好養生得黎又可以解膩,仲有新鮮橙係杯特飲裡面,一啲都唔馬虎。


仲要讚下佢地好窩心有半份可以order, 啱曬人小小去打邊爐都可以樣樣試下,每張枱都會有一個計時器方便大家計時,唔駛怕食物會overcook💯。既然西環店又咁近我屋企,食物同室內環境我都超滿意😄絕對值得encore👍🏼
