To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日平日來到一間已經食過幾次嘅餐廳食晚飯。訂了晚上七點嘅枱。晚餐時間越看餐牌嘅美食就越肚餓:🥙麻婆豆腐第一次食呢間嘅麻婆豆腐,賣相已經好吸引,䇜汁稠度啱啱好,豆腐滑而入味,味道有層次,微辣嘅味道提升了整道菜,而且好送飯,最後要叫多個白飯,依然令人胃口大開!🥙咕嚕猴頭菇保持水準,口感實在,醬汁唔會過酸,與甜味好平衡。🥙榆耳果仁炒飯炒飯份量偏少,有鑊氣,飯同果仁一齊食,口感好豐富。最後叫左兩碟炒飯,但依然食得曬,無浪費食物。🥙蜜汁叉燒每次都必點嘅餸菜,賣相同味道都神似真叉燒,好味道。🥙有機番薯淮山浸時蔬食材新鮮,如果份量多啲就最好啦。🥙黑松露炒麵絕對有驚喜,炒麵有鑊氣之餘,麵質唔會炒到一餅餅,黑松露嘅淡淡清香加埋芽菜嘅清爽同炒麵好夾。🥙金箔棗蓉糕最後來個甜點作結,棗蓉糕層次分明,煙韌度剛好,重點係唔會太甜。食飯期間係座無虛席,見到有外國人都唔少。

有朋友是素食者,所以久不久出來聚會時也刻意找提供素食的餐廳。這次在電視上看到此店的介紹,覺得不錯,今天過來試試。這店人氣盛,怕等位,提早電話訂座。星期日的早上11:00準時到,餐廳已有幾檯客。餐廳佈置古雅,門口有一個大屏風,中間掛上福字,兩旁掛炮仗,喜慶十足。向街的那列窗也貼上中式的掛飾。一位印度人的經理在訂座薄上找到我的訂座資料後引領我們入座。餐廳的面積不大,檯與檯近,不過我們三人坐一張四人圓檯較寬廣。翻看像畫冊一樣的餐牌,餐牌顏色綠色為主調,讓人看得十分舒服。不看餐牌又有另外一張點心紙可選點心吃。我們主要吃點心,點了五款,然後加了一碗麵。川式擔擔淮山麵,麵條順滑,湯底是平常吃的擔擔麵那種味道,有花生醬的香味,少少麻辣的口感,素肉粒也經過烹調,有味道的。黑松露野菌餃,一,體積偏細,餃皮做得薄,可以看到包裹著的野菌。黑松露的味道較淡,不太吃得出來,其餘菌類口感爽。香菇燒賣,一籠四粒,每粒上面都放有杞子,內層是雪耳、木耳等菌類,燒賣皮把材料包得扎實不鬆散,吃起來口感佳。靈芝菇素腸,一碟有六件,腸皮油潤軟滑,靈芝菇爽口。四寶滑雞紮,一籠有兩件,用腐皮去炸的雞紮看上去材料充實,打開來看有雪耳,榆耳、冬菇和猴頭菇。猴頭菇的口感像雞肉,仿真度高。食材蒸出來的汁液味道鮮美,菇菌滲入了汁液,味道更佳。懷舊蝦多士,一碟有四件,賣相像釀豆腐。素蝦打成膠塗在包面後拿去炸,炸得十分脆,吃時仍熱辣辣,口感脆而不覺油膩。吃了上述幾款點心,感覺不是在吃素,廚師能把中國飲食文化配合摩登創作做出仿真度高的素菜,實在是為吃素者帶來口福,而我這個葷食者也很滿意這一餐。

其實佢哋食物嘅賣相同味道都唔錯,但我唔會再去,因為員工俾我哋feel 到怨氣十足。🙂↕️我哋當日book咗位,姐姐叫我哋等陣,咁我哋咪等吓。點知門口位係出餸位😅然後就俾佢哋個疑似阿頭:借借丫!好!終於可以入座,佢哋幾得意!每個人經過都幾多手,有少少強迫症。我個杯放左放右,其實冇乜所謂啫吓fa~ 只要響枱上咪OK囉,佢一定要郁吓枱上嘅嘢,行過又推一推我哋旁邊張凳,但係好明顯唔係推正佢。放食物落枱上嘅時候,明明只係一碟炸春卷或者燒賣,點都唔會超過半磅,佢放落枱嘅時候,好似舉完重啲大隻佬掟啞鈴咁!唔係好願意同你個茶壺添水都算,離遠聽到其中一個侍應響收銀處好大聲咁講其他同事嘅不是,講佢自己幾唔滿意。當然,唔集中精神嘅人,做嘢就容易錯,埋單嘅時候,佢俾咗好遠張枱嗰張單我哋。隔籬枱就話撈亂,嗰張枱飛到去窗口,都有得亂?咁理所當然,佢哋冇道歉,埋單亦冇講多謝。😒

姨甥女睇到網上介紹這間餐廳食物好食,家姐係素食者及就嚟生日,姨甥女即刻打電話去訂位,訂位都要訂2個星期。這間素食餐廳食物質素係好食,但係侍應趕收碟,即係等於趕收工,趕收工即係趕人走先評論食物質素我哋4個人,叫左7個點心,二碟炒飯及炒麵。欖菜炒飯唔多油,粒粒分明,好味黑松路炒麵,好食,豉油不是死甜,有咸味。好多酒樓都係死甜豉油味點心,雞扎包住有粟米芯,冬菇,猴頭菇好味。素蝦餃質感同真蝦餃是一樣,好好味春風得意腸,咸水角,小籠包,帝苗餃都好食手撕杏鮑菇炸得夠香脆。整體食物質素係好食。但係炒麵隻碟剩餘細半碗嘅炒麵,個男侍應不聲一響就收走,我哋即刻同佢講仲有,仲要食呀⋯⋯佢先放回個杏鮑菇碟上還有碎炸,我隻手仲揸住對筷子,剛剛放入口,碟上還有,又係佢,又係即刻收走咗隻碟,他唔須要30秒,行去我哋張枱,只係講一句,食物上齊,就開始收枱面上所有餐具。我真係好想問你哋係唔係2點趕收工。火都嚟

今年生日去咗尖沙咀緻素坊食素。我哋叫左六個點心:荀尖蝦餃😉正正常常,味道OK,不過我就覺得size 細咗少少!香菇燒賣🤩香菇味濃厚,加埋素肉剛剛好,好好味!四寶滑雞扎🥳四寶就係大大嚿雪耳,粟米芯,冬菇和猴頭菇,雪耳和猴頭菇都好入味、好腍,仲有輕微的沙羗味!雪山叉燒包🤭如果叉燒多番啲醬汁,就會更加好味!春風得意腸 😁腸粉包裹着油炸鬼和蔬菜絲,腸粉厚度適中,油炸鬼非常脆口!脆皮蘿蔔糕😜即叫即炸的脆醬加軟綿綿的蘿蔔糕,喜歡炸物之選!總括嚟講,係一間值得一試嘅素食點心!整體服務都唔錯。未到午飯時間,都已經滿座。如果帶同長輩嚟食飯,記得訂位啊!🤓🤓
