To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係長者日,我哋帶住老人家去海港酒樓食晚飯,仲有長者優惠,真係好抵食!今次我哋點咗幾款特色菜:**清蒸沙巴龍躉班** 🐟:呢條龍躉班清蒸得非常完美,魚肉嫩滑,味道鮮美,淋上少少生抽同蔥花,真係非常好味。**脆皮醬燒雞** 🍗:呢款脆皮雞外皮香脆,內裏肉質嫩滑,加上特製嘅醬汁,味道濃郁,呢隻燒雞真係正!👍🏻**西蘭花帶子珊瑚蚌** 🥦:西蘭花炒帶子同珊瑚蚌,呢道菜色香味俱全,帶子鮮甜彈牙,珊瑚蚌嫩滑,配埋西蘭花,真係好清新嘅搭配。**羊肚菌燒豆腐** 🍄:豆腐煮得非常嫩滑,羊肚菌香氣撲鼻,呢道菜味道層次分明,令人口齒留香。整個晚餐非常滿足,每一道菜都好美味同埋健康。老人家食得好開心,我哋都非常滿意呢次嘅用餐體驗。海港酒樓真係值得再嚟!😋🍽️😊

行山友話海港啲長腳蟹扺食(要預先訂),二話不說,先訂蟹同位,試試佢!領票入座同揀蟹,想同阿姐講要大啲都唔怕,但佢推薦話4斤鬆啲好啲,太大啲肉質無咁好,既然佢咁講,唯有信佢,整隻4斤多少少,當然係用最簡單又原汁原味嘅~清蒸。睇落唔算好大隻,但二口子食啖啖肉,過癮非常。加個蟹膏炒飯(加$100),但講真係無乜蟹膏味,但有鑊氣,又一粒粒,算啦,反正食蟹腳都飽晒。呢個價錢親民又貼地,唔怪之得六點半都座滿人。如果我啲朋友想食,真心想嚟多次,呢個價分分鐘自己買都未必得。我哋仲叫咗一斤勺蝦,啫啫生菜煲,啤酒同甜品,埋單$1500回頭度:7/10

今日老豆生日,擺酒係房間吃圍菜,麻雀台都未收已經上乳豬,圍枱茶水又未倒,人又未坐齊,己經可以放定個乳豬係台面,市道岩岩好番少少咁樣趕台,上菜又勁快,其實唔夠人做野好心請多個人做野啦,2圍台得一個阿姐招呼,完全無咩服務,自助餐咁,唔會再去

一個月過嚟呢邊一次同老人家飲茶,呢邊茶樓唔多,商場入邊有兩間選擇。呢一間係感覺比較好,同埋乾淨嘅地方又大,職員都比較好,雖然地方大,服務新嚟講算少咗少少。星期六日想喺度飲杯茶都要排吓隊,價錢都好合理,而且大大碟。每次叫春炒飯又帶碟最鍾意食過XO醬炒腸粉。今次真係記得唔好叫過多。其實就仲有幾個點心同埋甜品。但因為今日等得比較耐小朋友都肚餓我哋都未影相佢哋就已經食啦。個冬瓜湯勁真材實料勁大又甜,個紅燒嗰隻超惹味又唔會太鹹。所以呢間真係好啱老人家食

2點半到達,等了大約20分鐘安排入座。花了10分鐘點單,點心就等左大約半小時😐鮑汁鳳爪味道偏咸,腸粉較難食。炒飯不錯,鮮尤無味🫥 。叫了11個點心連飯,等半小時後開始陸續送5個點心來。之後突然熄一半燈,侍應前來話要截單?我們還有6款食物未到啊! 結果我們要在昏暗的環境下等點心到來。之後15分鐘左右再來多兩個點心,然後另一半燈也熄埋?! 咩事先?你哋要個大廳準備晚市便不要安排客人入座呀? 如真的只食半小時開始熄燈,可以早點同客人講,人家也可選擇不入座呀🤬🤬🤬除有個男部長外,其他侍應及收銀態度比較差。這種做生意手法氹態度實在太差劣。
