慶祝朋友生日,朋友鐘意影相和去打卡餐廳食飯,朋友响open rice睇完食評後挑選呢一間香江花月食生日飯。一早訂左枱,去到餐廳安排入座,要求想坐餐廳前排卡位位置,職員吾俾,話前面座位位置今晚吾開放,應該係人手不足和已經大約知道今晚光顧客人有幾多,所以只開放中間和後面的座位位置。餐廳環境可以,食物質素和味道一般不過服務就麻麻地,每位服務員應該工作量太大,基本上都無笑容無服務可言,呢個價錢會覺得不值,難怪香港人會寧願北上飲飲食食吾留港消費。當晚叫左豬骨湯底和最適合打卡的食物,有香江拼嘅全牛拼盤(牛肉質素合格但價錢偏貴左啲,只係用大木板圈圈放置不同類型的牛肉,賣相確係好睇,用嚟打卡出post方面就一流),同樣七彩餃子和七色手打丸都係用木格上菜,但食物味道沒有賣相出色,七彩餃子,隻隻都差不多味道,完全食吾出有咩不同,而且餃子皮太厚,可以不叫。七色手打丸,又係粒粒差不多味道,好彩是手打丸比餃子好味,另外再叫左碟炸枝竹和買二送一嘅生啤,埋單2位收費就要$1580。呢個價錢我覺得可以有更好嘅選擇,生日嗰個話事,為左慶祝朋友生日,去邊間餐廳係佢決定。總結,唯一要讚嘅係餐廳抽氣做得好好,打邊爐吾會俾蒸氣

然後再將蕃茄加入湯底入面,
成個畫面都好靚,
店員一擺上枱,
我哋都忍唔住要影一陣相先,
然後店員就會幫我哋剪開朵「豚肉白菜花」。

肉食方面我哋叫咗一個「香江拼」,
「香江拼」其實係一個牛肉拼盤,
包含咗多款上品嘅牛肉,當中有
偏向濃味嘅安格斯肥牛、
充滿油香嘅牛白肉、
偏向腍身嘅牛柳粒、
香濃牛味嘅手切肥牛、
嫩滑爽口嘅牛心頂、
口感十足嘅牛小腿、
脂香四溢嘅牛舌、
爽口彈牙嘅黑柏葉。
我個人對「牛心頂」情有獨鍾,
呢款相對比較少響其他餐廳度食到嘅食材,
口感非常爽口彈牙,
而不失嫩滑,
認為非常值得一試。
餐廳亦提供咗一個「最佳時間」建議,
只要一掃QR Code,
就可以見到唔同部位應該要淥幾耐,
非常貼心。

最後亦都嗌多咗一碟白鱔片同埋枝竹,
枝竹正常發揮,就唔多講喇,
但係白鱔片係非常新鮮肥美,
亦為我哋呢一餐打邊爐砌上最後一塊拼圖。

最後講過呢一間餐廳嘅位置,
係其實非常之接近佐敦地鐵站,
出咗地鐵站之後任你點樣慢慢行都係行一兩分鐘嘅路程。
交通便利,裝修精緻,食材優質,
的確需要多多支持。

香江花月是一家優質餐廳,以精緻的粵式料理和火鍋而享負盛名。咁同朋友打邊爐,朋友想試呢一間火鍋店,咁我地咪走去試下囉,其實入面個場幾靚,華麗係呢一間餐廳嘅賣點, 呢間嘢簡直就係打卡嘅聖地,咁我哋叫咗以下:首先,他們的海鮮冬瓜鍋可謂是精品中的精品。冬瓜肉質鮮嫩爽脆,與新鮮的海鮮如蝦、帶子等完美融合,湯底更是清甜鮮美,令人回味無窮。此外,他們的伊比利亞黑豚肉亦是一大亮點。肉質細嫩多汁,配合特製的調味醬汁,回味無窮。自家製的韭菜餃味道鮮美,餡料飽滿,皮薄餡多,頗有水準。尤其是配合自己特製的辣醬汁,更突顯出餃子的美味。值得一提的是他們的頂級花膠。花膠完全凸顯出其原有的鮮甜滋味,嫩滑爽口,難怪這道菜會如此受到食客的青睞。另一個亮點則是即炸魚皮。酥脆香嫩,帶有淡淡的魚香,啖一口頓覺魚肉精華盡在其中。在肉類方面,澳洲羊肉卷更是一大特色。羊肉鮮嫩多汁,配上精心的醬料,讓這道菜化腥提鮮,風味獨特。值得一提的還有手打蟹籽墨魚滑。口感細膩,而且蟹籽的鮮甜和魚滑的鮮味也恰到好處地融合在一起。最後,自家製的水餃和噴汁貢丸也是不容錯過的佳餚。水餃皮薄餡多,咬下飽滿多汁;噴汁貢丸則口感爽滑,湯汁鮮美,別有一番風味。O

Overall香江花月火鍋是幾出色我覺得。不論是海鮮、肉類還是小吃,都堪稱一絕。我都推薦給喜歡品嚐優質火鍋及粵式料理的朋友。
