到咗關東煮風炖和牛胸肉配蘿蔔,牛胸肉炖到入口即化,同蘿蔔一齊食,味道非常清淡但牛肉嘅鮮味完全釋放,帶出一種非常舒服嘅暖意,簡單而又令人難忘。

接住落嚟當然係招牌嘅小田和牛壽喜燒,牛肉仲係配上日本第一嘅Kodawari蛋,肉片輕輕浸喺壽喜燒湯裡面再上蛋液,牛肉既有香濃嘅湯味,又有蛋液嘅滑嫩,兩者配合得無懈可擊,係我成餐飯最期待嘅菜式之一。

之後嘅海膽和牛他他壽司,用嘅係和牛生肉同海膽,入口一瞬間海膽嘅鮮味同牛肉嘅細膩口感爆發出嚟,呢個租合真係絕配,令整個味蕾好滿足。

再嚟係炭燒小田和牛牛排配時命蔬菜,牛排燒得外焦內嫩,每一啖都有炭燒嘅香氣,加上旁邊啲時令蔬菜啷鮮味,令牛肉更加突出,呢道菜嘅質感同味道都好豐富。

主食就係小田和牛蘑菇松露魚子飯,每一啖飯都吸滿咗松露同魚子嘅鮮味,再配上和牛同蘑菇,濃郁得嚟唔會膩,仲有一碗簡單但味道十足嘅麵豉湯,為呢餐做咗一個好好嘅收尾。

最後嘅甜品係豆腐布甸配楓醬,布甸滑到唔得,楓糖漿嘅甜味適中,為呢餐Omakase畫上咗一個完美句號。

整體嚟講,呢度嘅小田和牛無論係質素定係烹調手法都做到好精緻,環境舒適、服務貼心,每一道菜都有其特色,唔單止食材高質,成個用餐體驗都令人覺得享受。係一個值得嚟慢慢品嚐嘅Omakase餐廳。
