蘿蔔糕簡單搭配醬油,非常好吃綿密,而且吃得到蘿蔔絲,大推!艇仔粥的米雖然綿密入口即化、豬皮雖然煮的軟爛,但有腥味,影響了整碗粥的口味。非常可惜想吃的炸兩跟芝麻球都賣完了。

今朝有啲喉嚨痛,記得朋友講過呢度白粥正所以過黎食粥,店舗比較舊式,鋪面幾大,朝早8點幾人唔算多,由於要戒蛋同牛肉,所以揀咗魚片粥,粥好快送上,第一感覺魚片夠多。先試粥底,估唔到幾綿同鮮甜,要讚魚片係一整片,唔會太碎,同咬落去得一片有骨,食完亦唔會口渴,下次會再幫襯。

想起要吃白粥,必然來這裡。粥綿綿而米香飄飄。用傳統藍白碗盛著,如用米通碗更理想。推薦吃油條,比深圳丹桂軒更佳。但宜星期日上午約9時來,有剛炸好的。門前是碩果僅存的大牌檔,後轉上斜坡是嘉咸街街市,很有風味。

間中見到有人用膠袋裝住炒麵油炸鬼外賣,終於比我發現原來出自呢間舊式粥店!今日2人堂食,一點黎到唔使等位,一點三已經開始排長龍。二人點了皮蛋瘦肉粥,碎牛魚肉粥,炸兩,牛脷酥!粥底滑,似打左生粉芡,有少量瘦肉同皮蛋,$19合理。炸兩$11整定一碟碟響廚房,turnover好高幾乎每檯都有叫,腸粉質地較黏。牛脷酥$9香脆甜甜地,有懷舊的味道!每人盛惠$28,好抵食!
