好耐冇去鯉魚門食海鮮,今日約埋一班朋友去食,餐廳呢期推出呢個套餐,十分抵食,我地每位食到非常滿足。龍蝦刺身刺身爽口彈牙,味道鮮甜。原味凍食松葉蟹松葉蟹啖啖肉,凍食更加令到蟹味更濃郁鮮甜。清蒸蘇鼠斑魚肉嫩滑,蒸嘅時間剛剛好,薑蔥龍蝦頭爪炸麵將頭先龍蝦刺身頭再用薑蔥煮,完全唔會浪費,龍蝦變得好惹味,炸麵炸到脆卜卜。豉椒炒大蜆完全沒有沙,醬汁味道唔會過鹹。秘製咕嚕肉味道酸甜開胃,食落外脆內多汁。風沙豆腐豆腐外脆內軟,帶有少少麻辣味道,好惹味。麵豉醬唐生菜生菜爽甜,加上麵豉醬鹹鹹香香。一品海鮮湯超級濃郁嘅魚湯,味道鮮甜。皇牌瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒到粒粒分明,好有鑊氣。是日果盤有西瓜,哈密瓜,菠蘿,芒果,水果鮮甜多汁。

入左去坐低之後,介紹我地去對面既海鮮檔揀海鮮,揀左花竹蝦、蟶子、鮑魚、花甲、象拔蚌、墨魚、屋企人想食石頭魚,佢幫我地出去搵,再追加左桶蠔,所有海鮮加埋差唔多3千幾,因為石頭魚比較貴。最後決定象拔蚌刺身,炒花竹蝦、薑蔥鮑魚同桶蠔、油泡墨魚、蒜蓉蒸蟶子、油鹽水花甲、清蒸石頭魚同清炒生菜。蠔就細隻左啲,其他餸都烹調得好好,唔會過分重味,調味剛剛好,唔會蓋哂海鮮原本既味道。最尾埋單4千蚊左右,呢間海鮮酒家上菜好快,而且員工不斷幫手換碟,執野,而且好有禮貌。食飽仲有每位半隻木瓜同芒果,下次再黎鯉魚門都會再黎呢間酒家。
