豬肉煎包煎得外脆內軟,咬開裏面豬肉餡肉汁滿滿。配上青蘋果蓉減低油膩感,還有芝麻薄脆做點綴,令口感層次更豐富。

用上意大利牛嫩肉,口感柔嫩,放於薄脆之上,再灑上甘香的鹹蛋黃,一口bite size惹味而不膩,的確出色!

必點推薦!西班牙紅蝦的鮮甜和濃濃蝦味,令人一試驚艷!配上海膽醬,鮮味馥郁,令人難以忘懷!伴碟還有柚子果肉拌堅果,清清味蕾同時增加香脆口感。還附上奶油麵包和海藻牛油,麵包一半可蘸牛油,另一半可蘸海膽醬,一個麵包兩種口感,豐富滿足。

M7 Wagyu用叉燒烹調方法,竟然有牛味之餘口感的確像叉燒!附上一小碗飯,恍如向黯然叉燒飯致敬,但高級食材加匠心獨運的烹調方法,配搭出的獨特口感,實在令人驚嘆!


𓄗 Moutai Tiramisu
Tiramisu一點都不普通,用上茅台,入口酒香四溢,甜品面灑上crunchy的朱古力糖,你一般用咖啡粉或朱古力粉更具口感。


這間餐廳真的是灣仔Hidden gem!每道菜式都很有心思和驚喜。迅速的上菜速度和店員的熱情招待,亦提升整個用餐體驗。

The love of the night was the pigeon, it’s tender, well flavoured and the portion was bigger than I expected too. I just love everything about this dish! The Hibachi hanger steak was served warm and because of the salad so it’s more like a salad to me but the two sauces are really yummy for dipping. I also liked the beef and uni maki-taco. Overall dishes are not so big except the main dishes so it’s a nice place for either a small or big group of friends. Didn’t get to try the “mayau” fish

Didn’t get to try the “mayau” fish as its limited dish, will definitely come back next time.

For dessert, we love the banana yogurt burger which was inspired by polobao as the burger.
