香港米線大致分兩派,就係譚仔三哥同小鍋米線派,我絕對係揀後者。呢間試過食酸辣、麻辣、金湯酸辣,最鍾意都係佢嘅酸辣中辣,嗌定杯咸檸七過下口呢度最出名應該係佢個豬頸肉香烤切條上,又香口又爽。豬腩片都好好食,叫做「片」因為一大條冇剪開,醃得入味,辣辣地,我覺得係香港最好食嘅米線豬腩肉!加埋唐生菜同多蔥,同湯底拌勻食,佢個湯味道濃香厚身,連埋少少酸菜肉碎食好好食。之後有次試下佢個腐竹,諗住都係最多一開幾切幾塊,點知!係腐竹絲,勁細心!唔會有未煮開嘅部份,全部一梳梳咁夾入口,均勻沾上湯底好夠味上面係小辣,下面係中辣,中辣相對多辣油~
