有一陣子忘記王家沙,今天有點兒想吃小籠包呢! 小籠包一如以往鄙薄餡靚料足。 鮑魚炒飯每一粒醬汁都比我一粒飯都比醬汁包圍着一啲都唔馬虎,鮑魚有兩隻大大隻的, 煙煙銀銀非常鮮味。 一定要讚下呢一個漕溜魚片,味道甜甜的,魚片非常非常的滑溜,一個人真係可以食晒全碟。而且一啲骨都冇,非常適合小朋友吃。 奶油津白好大碟,都幾抵食,非常creamy! 蔥油海蜇頭,呢個做就做得比較酸,非常開胃,海蜇頭爽爽脆脆的。 質素依然高, 沒有失望。

今次到爺爺生日食飯~都係食中菜,今次揀咗王家沙,因為傳說係唔錯嘅~我哋12位,間咗房畀我哋有個姨姨waitress淨係serve兩間房(兩圍枱),佢幾好笑容,又好禮貌,好有親切感~讚讚食嘢喇~因為我遲到😅好多都冇影相……同埋冇睇menu...前菜有麻醬粉皮,拍青瓜,蒜泥白肉粉皮,醃芽菜,生煎包, 蔥油餅……🤔(係咁上下)蔥油餅好香口, 麻醬我最愛,仔仔食咗半碟青瓜,其他都不過不失啦~擔擔麵,好開心有得揀唔辣,仔仔終於有得試👏🏻上海粗炒都炒得好好,冇乜油小籠包,好多湯好正,仔仔食咗三粒呀!整體都真係傳說中嘅唔錯~最鐘意都係豆沙鍋餅,好多芝麻,又香又脆

難得放假,約左親愛的去又一城午餐,你知依排食野要好小心,又要睇牌面又要睇色水,但係上次無見佢比人襟飛,又想食上海野,唯有試試依間。城中比佢好味既上海菜大有人在,不過親愛的講到佢食過,即管試試。2個人埋單$700幾,價錢貴左少少,但8樣餸算係甘1. 雞絲粉皮(夠凍夠味)2. 醉雞(嘉美雞好鞋,成$98唔值,酒味夠,但唔滑就不如唔好食)3. 四喜酵夫(我無掂過,賣相唔吸引)4. 千層峰(辣味幾好)5. 淨煨面(湯幾好,唔太咸,但我就撈千層峰既汁,正)6. 蟹粉小籠包(個頂皮好厚,蟹粉乾到似標本,皮薄但延伸性差,5隻未食已經爆3隻汁)7. 東坡肉(個包塊皮又凍又鞋,但肉夠肥唔膩,但啲肉,鞋到好似肉絲甘,包唔索汁)8. 豆沙窩餅(不過不失)環境就擠逼,太多遊客,又嘈,可能又一城就係甘,服務算唔錯,係甘加水,啲野黎得好快。不過$700幾蚊,一餐半餐算啦。

食過好多碗擔擔麵,試過好多間餐廳,暫時最好食係呢間。花生味超級重,超多花生,個湯又唔會好辣,每啖麵加少少湯同花生咁一齊食好正。其他嘢食都唔差,叫咗紅油抄手同蒜泥白肉。份量適合兩至三人吃。

比想像中好食!食之前睇左好多食評,好多都講到麻麻地,食物又差服務態度又差,搞到我都唔敢試,不過佢係個商場屹立不倒左咁多年,應該有原因既,所以就膽粗粗試下。星期日下午兩三點,人不多,我地叫左四樣野,包括王家沙擔擔面,薑汁湯丸,蘇式鮮肉小籠包,流沙奶黃包。擔擔面味道唔錯,唔會好濃味,面質都幾有口感。薑汁湯丸等左勁耐,同埋$42得三粒,唔係好抵,味道一般,應該都係出面買番黎既湯丸。小籠包大讚,勁多汁,皮薄餡靚。奶黃包都好出色,中間個流心無止境地湧出黎,完全停唔到,個包都好軟淑,好好味!整體黎講,係又一城咁高檔次既商場黎講,價錢都算合道,味道還好,服務就一般,未至於其他人講到咁差,不過唔算特別熱情同友善,不過不失!
