個人對食要求多多,但要我排隊食野就真係幾好食都唔會排隊食,特別係越多人要排又生意唔休做果d食店,王家沙食過好多次,出名生煎包好食,唔油包入面又有湯汁,每次想食生煎包都會去食,小籠包皮薄,唔易爛,又一推介,不輸某大牌又要排隊又唔可以慢慢食既食店!有時候食野都比人計住時間就已經唔再係比你去品嚐食物,係比你去快食快走,甘幾好食都無用啦,甘趕做咩尼,我每次來都唔洗排隊,野食又唔洗等好耐,擔擔麵大大碗,價錢又唔貴,值得大家關注!

昨天晚上一家四口到太古城行街食飯,之前曾到王家沙吃晚飯,今晚也跟以往一樣到那裏去,可能餐廳隔隣開了一間新的台式餐廳,只需等一會兒就可以入座,點了大蔥羊肉酥餅、牛展擔擔麵、話梅骨、小籠包和炸饅頭, 餐廳人不算太多,還有幾張空枱,但我們點的食物都過了很久才到 ,食物送上枱時都已經攤凍了😧,連平時最喜歡食的擔擔麵也變得軟爛不好吃了😩, 只有小籠包(可能是獨立送上的關係)還是熱的,希望餐廳能注意流程,要知道好的食物攤凍了也會變得不好吃的。

其實,我無特別菜唔愛,至緊要好味道。貨真價實。都有四年冇食王家沙,今個復活節假期可能多人出埠,竟然晚飯時段唔駛等位。三大一細食個簡單飯:話梅骨,上海炒飯,素鵝,賽螃蟹,饅頭,壽包(豆沙)份量一般,但話梅骨就偏甜了價錢比想像中平宜,點菜用點菜紙,唔係餐牌,不過用餐牌可能樣樣嘢貴三成!?服務一般啦,似屋村酒家水平。(咁呢樹又真係屋村喎。太古城嘛)如果唔駛排長龍,有得返轉頭。

又到了星期五,太古是我和老公最常來的蒲點。六時許去走進王家沙,人不多,不用等。我們點了四喜烤麩,水煮魚及小籠包。水煮魚是我最喜歡的一道菜,通常吃上海菜都會點的,但喜愛吃辣的人不多,而老公都不愛辣,所以很久沒有吃了。我們這次點水煮魚的原因,是可以選不辣的,真好! 老公也可以吃!菜來了,先上四喜烤麩及小籠包。烤麩味道也不錯,但吃下去好像太油膩,而且份量偏少。小籠包鮮味多汁,很好吃。而最期待的水煮魚終於來了! 汁煮得不錯,很有麻香。魚很滑,但有點腥。裡面還有木薯粉、雲耳等等配料,很豐富。

最最可怕係招牌蟹粉小籠包,一入口,腥到想嘔,唔知佢整咗幾耐。


以前成日去王家沙都唔係咁嘅,真心說,若唔識煮不要煮,專注做好自己識嘅。

有屋企人住太古城,過年相約王家沙團拜。 環境好舒服,裝修得幾靚。 茶壺白雪乾淨,用點心紙點菜。 薰魚有好香的黑醋香,醃到非常入味,但有幼骨,食得要小心。 清炒蝦仁淡咗的,點醋食就得啦,幾爽口。 話梅骨又係有甜醋香,肉鬆軟,連骨都入唒味,鏡意吮骨就滋味喇! 竹筍豆苖的竹筍又爽又大條,而豆苖就嫩腍,口感有對比,近日食得過年糕點多,清清地中和好。 醃篤鮮,呢個奶白色的湯好香濃好和味,有半肥瘦豬肉丶白菜及豆腐。 豆沙鍋餅,煎得香脆。 團團圓圓,一定要食湯丸,係鴛鴦配,豆沙及芝麻,料夠多,好得。
