菜牌上有2人餐,4人餐的選擇,當然也可以散叫。杏汁豬肺湯,足料好味,湯底濃郁前菜三小福,六選三,三款都不對口味,可能白灼的關係,豬肚有騷味,水魷本身味道清淡,海蜇一樣沒有味道,所以三碟都吃剩不少蒸新鮮鮑魚配上豆豉芫荽蔥,蒸得剛好。扇貝上有大量蒜蓉及粉絲,搬走配菜,主角份量也不少,大大粒,跟鮑魚一樣鮮。虎杉斑蒸得剛好,港式口味,讚!白胡椒龍蝦粉絲煲,整體味道怪怪的,又煮不出東南亞的風味。菜芯新鮮雞一般咕嚕肉,豬肉炸過時間,比較硬,粉多過肉,浪費食材。雖然有些菜不好吃,質素比較參差,但海鮮比起西貢酒樓性價比都高。
