The restaurant doesn't have sparkling water and when we ordered it, the waitor went to the 711 nearby to by a bottle of Pierre. kinda cute The Pinot Noir the shop offered actually is not bad. we ordered the special main so it came with a glass of wine. we could see that the cook is trying to impress customers with good presentation

The Pinot Noir the shop offered actually is not bad. we ordered the special main so it came with a glass of wine.

we could see that the cook is trying to impress customers with good presentation, and the taste is not bad honestly, but it is unfathomable that why a small little restaurant like this would like to venture 'quasi-fine dining'. If this is a home cuisine, it could be better.

We ordered a Quail Breast and Foie Gras Salad, Hokkaido Scallop and Crab Meat Quinoa Salad, Lobster Bisque with Sea Urchin, Pan Seared US Tenderloin and Boston Lobster Tail, Smoked M9 Wagyu Ribeye and Hokkaido Scallop. 😋


This resto is a nice one and it was my second time there already! 🤓 Their food quality is generally high! The highlight of the dinner was definitely the lobster bisque with sea urchin, tho it’s only the appetizer😆 It had an utterly flavorful lobster taste with quite some sea urchin in the soup! I do recommend you guys to give it a go someday! 🥰

Ordered a steak for $418, actually got half a steak, and one mouthful of veg. My wife ordered the ribs for $348. Very little meat, and hard to chew off the bone (she commented that the supermarket down the road has better ribs). Total bill $919, meal lasted total 30mins. Overall, one to avoid.

煙三文魚配荷蘭汁波蛋,和Egg Benedict有點相類似,水波蛋上淋上荷蘭汁,經輕輕炙燒過帶點焦香;墊底用上了脆酥皮和沙律菜添上酥脆爽口,與豐盈的蛋汁一起進食,口感超豐富呢!跟上煙三文魚帶上海產鹹香,令整體味道層次更濃郁多變。

海膽龍蝦湯,基本上在餐牌內一看見這道湯品早已兩眼發亮,遂立定決心點來一試,海膽加上龍蝦這個配搭實在令人滿有期待。龍蝦湯做得十分濃郁,一端上來已傳來陣陣龍蝦香,面頭的部份打成氣泡,入口甘甜Creamy,濃香順滑;豐盈的湯汁中還伴隨著片片的小海膽,混入了其海洋氣息,啖啖甘香醇厚,實為鮮味的極致,令人回味。

龍蝦意大利飯,完整半邊的波士頓龍蝦鮮味彈牙,意大利飯煮得尚算爽口,入口濃稠順滑滲著淡淡龍蝦香,搭上伴碟的蔬果有助平衡一下濃膩感,配搭得宜。

整餐的出品算頗有水準,菜式配搭富心思,雖不是十分突出但食味還算不錯,加店員招待用心專業,還有舒適恬靜的環境,定價也只屬中高檔的消費,十分合理,適合兩口子談心又或三五知己聚餐。

而據門前宣傳牌所示,大廚每日都會主打兩款主菜,就如筆者造訪當天的是澳洲M9和牛肉眼,又或美國頂級西冷。凡惠顧這Daily Special均可免費享用紅白餐酒乙杯,而薯仔配菜亦可免費添加任食,只是$300-$400左右已有如此的優惠,十分吸引,惜今次同行友人不好牛肉,唯有留待下次再臨一試。
