寫食評前好想比個讚這間店的服務員、廚師及店主,怎樣的食物及服務能讓客人感到愉快,你們都做到了!不過可能是平日關係,是晚只有我們一枱二人客,顯然有點冷清,若店能把光調較得暗一點,情調會浪漫一點呢!不過入店前我看到室外有些小枱,客人若揀室外與三五知己飲杯,的確不錯!話說回來食物的確美味,明明不太肚餓的我,食完前菜後居然肚餓起來,食材新鮮烹調至擺盤都很精緻,不足只是洋蔥湯偏咸,但洋蔥湯內的法包、頭盤帶子、蟹肉藜麥沙律及主菜羊架都很美味比個讚廚師餐廳在大坑較偏的一個位置,略懂地圖的話都不難找到。雖然時世疫情不明加經濟環境低迷,能夠在此寧靜環境下與喜歡的人慶祝生辰更加要珍惜!

我們相信這個是法式的招牌頭盤。鵝肝極為肥厚,可以切開分成一半share,鵝肝煎得恰到好處,咬落去時可以嚐到鵝肝汁,並不會乾爭爭。另外,黑魚子蟹肉藜麥沙律亦是值得一讚,餐廳用上魚子醬和蟹肉伴上藜麥沙律,所以吃起來時,沙律清新得來又帶上魚子和蟹肉的鮮味,這個沙律亦會帶點飽肚的感覺。

中式的石班魚,用上法式的煮法,Fusion 菜式的味道總是更勝一籌。石斑魚煎得香口,魚肉並不因此而變得韌口。而石斑魚的底部,Warren 則用上是日精選的蔬菜蘑菇墊底,的確有心思。

同樣地,餐廳亦用上紐西蘭頂級羊架作為食材,所以吃落去時,完全是吃得出羊肉的鮮味,而且口感是非常嫩滑,好食得要利用雙手去輔助一下,不要浪費羊架的一分一寸。

主菜有西冷扒和羊架,西冷扒切成條狀,很公正的放在碟,肉質鮮嫩,而羊架就十分之大件,烤的時間亦不會令肉質變靱,而且肥膏和瘦肉的比例剛剛好,不會吃得一口油,如果喜歡重口味,一定要試gratin potato,這裏做得非常之好!
