同老公去九龍城買嘢,經過獅子石道口,見到一間日式料理店叫渡邊屋,記得年前曾經幫襯過外賣,壽司刺身新鮮好味,今日嘅渡邊屋煥燃一新,裝潢好有日式料理風格,吸引我哋立即入咗座試吓。店內地方不大,老闆話每日直送新鮮食材, 提供即叫即製手握壽司。梭子魚,魚身細長、皮上有斑紋,魚嘴尖而短,外表趣緻!口感方面亦有雙重驚喜,因其肉油分極少,但魚皮卻油脂豐富! 將魚皮輕輕炙燒,魚鮮味更突出。蒲燒握原條海鰻壽司,配以醬汁經燒過的原條海鰻,吃起來肉質鮮嫩可口,且甜味適中。渡邊屋壽司盛合:三文魚口感柔滑,且富含脂肪。油甘魚味道甘甜鮮美 魚肉細緻幼滑。真鯛的味道淡雅的同時,又帶點鮮甜滋味。紋甲魷魚比一般魷魚厚身,鮮味十足,爽口彈牙。帶子肉質彈牙,味道鮮甜。赤蝦鮮甜爽脆,蝦味濃郁。海膽程金黃色,入口軟滑即溶,鮮甜不腥。壽司飯加了酸酸甜甜的壽司醋分外美味。
