The majority of the grapes used for vinification come from a radius of 20km around Epernay, where the Grand Crus of Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay co-exist, in the ethereal vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs.-☞ 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐭-𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞́ 𝐍𝐕 - 𝐇𝐊$𝟓𝟔𝟎This fresh and elegant cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier sourced from vineyards in the home village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, and is produced with meticulous techniques, including the use of their own cultured yeast and a controlled low-temperature vinification. 🌹Raventos i Blanc De Nit Rose 2020 $150 🌹來由西班牙的Raventos i Blanc De Nit Rose 粉紅色不只是打卡靚，$150也太抵飲了吧~十分適合Pool side Party享用! 🌊雷萬德斯酒莊（Raventós i Blanc）是西班牙最頂級氣泡酒廠。傳承了超過五個世紀、超過20個世代，是全球歷史最悠久的釀酒家族之一。🍇以Macabeo, Xare-lo, Parellada, 與5%的30～40歲老藤Monastrell所釀成。所有葡萄均手工採摘，釀造過程全程以自然重力法運送，每一個步驟均以乾冰控溫。輕柔的壓榨，以利葡萄渣與酒液的結合。葡萄壓榨後低溫靜置於不鏽鋼桶槽中，讓首次酒精發酵開始。接著，和香檳釀製的方法相同，酒液會於瓶中進行二次發酵，以這支De Nit來說，瓶中發酵長達18個月之久；除渣時間會標示於酒瓶背標。這枝Cava美妙的細緻香氣，如玫瑰香水、酸櫻桃,非常引人入勝。而且口感爽脆，一入口緊實感十足，簡約、充滿藝術畫面的玫瑰、礦石氣味，生氣昂然、優雅平衡~🥂Kaiken Sparkling Brut NV. $138 🥂另一枝是Kaiken Sparkling Brut NV以Pinot Noir同Chaedonnay為主，這兩種葡萄能為氣泡酒注入優雅感覺同清新的酸度，有柑桔嘅清新、after taste有杏仁、麵包的香氣，複雜且濃郁，加上CP值極高，絕對係今夏Party嘅必備酒款！ 😎
