今日難得來到大西北做嘢,就同朋友來到一個叫虹方的新商場行下順便喺附近覓吓食,朋友仔話呢間叫東南亞研究所的餐廳好搶手,訂咗幾次都訂唔到位,難得今日有位,一於試一試佢💜💜💜入到去,覺得哇一聲😱😱😱,呢間餐廳簡直打破咗我對一般傳統食東南亞餐廳的印象🤔🤔🤔, 一般傳統的東南亞餐廳都會比較暗啲,呢間東南亞研究所,樓底本身目測最少有三米高,個裝潢好現代化好摩登時尚😍😍😍,金色的水管連埋雲石牆,即刻少女心爆發想衝去打卡😻😻😻不過今次雲石牆果邊因為已經有其他客人全部坐滿了,所以就坐咗喺另一邊,店員好熱情咁推介咗一啲招牌菜比我哋,我哋今次就叫咗黑松露蝦多士、 參巴三文米通他他、藥膳麻油浸雞同埋甜品班蘭蜜糖厚多士配椰子雪糕一個四款菜式啦~喺上菜之前呢,水晶就因為比桌上嘅提供嘅茶水吸引咗,所飲咗大杯店內提供嘅香茅茶,呢個香茅茶,非常之清新開胃,市面上都比較少見,幾得意👍👍黑松露蝦多士呢個蝦多士真係值得一試,未上菜已經聞到超級香呀🤤🤤🤤啲黑松露密舖咗喺個多士上面,作為一個松露控,見到滿滿嘅黑松露,覺得好滿足,簡直係視覺嘅享受呀😎😎😎而且我超級鍾意佢配埋紫薑做配菜,可以減低沙律醬同埋松露帶嚟嘅油膩感下次要食好食

喺上菜之前呢,
水晶就因為比桌上嘅提供嘅茶水吸引咗,
所飲咗大杯店內提供嘅香茅茶,
呢個香茅茶,
非常之清新開胃,
市面上都比較少見,

啲黑松露密舖咗喺個多士上面,
作為一個松露控,
見到滿滿嘅黑松露,
覺得好滿足,
簡直係視覺嘅享受呀😎😎😎
而且我超級鍾意佢配埋紫薑做配菜,

一開始聽到叫佢個名,
以為係食完會識跳森巴舞😂😂😂,
後來先知原來係參巴,
係東南亞幾一種香料來,
上菜覺得好似pizza咁,
人生第一次食到米通做嘅他他,
覺得好得意,
食落脆卜卜,
三文魚同個香料配合都唔錯,
幾fresh,
呢個組合都幾新穎,
作為另一個前菜,
都係一個唔錯嘅選擇嚟😋😋😋

嘩呢個菜真心要讚一讚個份量,
明明本身話係半隻雞,
兩個女仔share嚟食都覺得超級飽,
隻雞比滿滿的藥材包圍住,
超級無敵養身😸😸😸,
好想入廚房請教一下師傅,
點解咁樣餚完啲雞,
啲雞肉都會咁滑嘅呢🤔🤔🤔

都會食到勁論盡,
一係呢就食到啲將飛落件衫度,
一係呢就切到想發脾氣😣😣😣,
因為通常呢啲厚多士個邊皮位置都係好硬,
切極都會切唔開😅😅😅
但今次呢間東南亞研究所,
竟然係已經幫我砌好曬一塊塊,
對於一個懶惰得嚟又鍾意食嘢嘅人嚟講,

呢個厚多士賣相非常之靚,
當鬆軟嘅多士,
用上斑蘭汁徹底浸過之後,
除咗香,
仲會有甜甜的味道,
另外水果方面,
配上咗草莓同埋藍莓,
加埋豆芽、爆谷同食用花,
七彩繽紛,
配搭得非常好

另外個椰子雪糕好清新,
口感係非常之creamy嘅,
對於成日食雲呢拿同朱古力雪糕食到覺得有啲悶嘅朋友,
可以試一試😊😊😊
一啖厚多士一啖雪糕,
幸福感滿滿的,
簡直瞬間覺得,
呢餐飯圓滿了☺☺☺

其實仲有幾個菜想試下㗎,
不過兩個女仔實在食唔曬咁多嘢呀
