由於好耐冇飲茶,又唔想去普通大集團飲茶,所以揀左黎呢間試,點知中哂伏,絕對冇下次提早一日打電話睇下可唔可以訂位,職員表示9點半派籌,10點入座。我地9點半去到既時候,只見三、四個客人拎左籌,直至10點職員表示可以按枱號入座,結果被安排入「房仔」。由於「房仔」好凍,所以向職員表示想坐出面,職員:你出去問,有就有,冇就冇。結果又被安排坐於角落,諗住算啦,反正一場黎到就試下啦,但食物質素只係一般,服務態度亦極之惡劣奉勸大家一句,如果唔想被冷待或者貼錢買難受,真係唔好黎呢度食!!!食物味道方面,只係一般,只可以話全部都係熱腸粉厚皮,蝦唔爽;飯唔乾爽,牛肉唔滑;棉花雞d棉花好咸,雞唔滑;個餃係比較好食當中有個小插曲,有一枱客都係收銀處表示:坐左成粒鐘竟然都冇人落單,想搵個職員又冇,等左成個鐘嘥時間,仲要收茶錢真心明白對方同是天涯淪落人既感覺,因為睇住職員圍住熟客落咀頭賣月餅,但你打開個壺蓋都冇人理囉 continue reading

對於無飯家庭來說,一間穩定水平的酒家很重要,每天出外用膳,自然有不少要求。首先地點方便,太古城有地鐵巴士電車到達,我雖然不住附近,但半小時生活圈⭕,算是很合理的距離。酒家可以訂位,也提供了方便。還有一大誘因,就是樓下有間大書店,正合書蟲📚🐛的胃口,食飯前先滿足心❤靈的慾望,然後再滿足口腹之欲。🤪酒家是最傳統的中式裝潢,門口張燈結彩,兩隻石獅子左右護法,大紅牡丹花,大幅字畫,雕花裝飾一樣不缺,桌椅都是紅木家具,打正旗號的傳統中式粵菜。門口的墻上貼了菜單,方便顧客等位時可以選擇一下。餐前小食有花生或酸蕎頭,我每次都揀蕎頭,喜歡酸甜爽脆,好開胃。😋😋今晚的選擇是:雜菌炒黑豚肉,🍄🍄🍄‍🟫🍄‍🟫🐖🐗廚師的拿手好菜,用的是少少肥的梅頭肉,帶肥肉的部位通常比較嫩口,這是叉燒多數用梅頭的原因,除了雜菌還有洋蔥,青紅椒,香蔥,炒得乾身香口,醬香濃郁,豚肉少少焦香,嫩身爽爽的,配料紅綠相襯,最後灑上芝麻增香,雖然是普通食材,在廚師手下變成精彩的小菜,色香味俱全。👍👍瑤柱魚🐠湯勝瓜,🥒🥒🐠🐠勝瓜即是絲瓜,合時的食材,配上瑤柱魚🐠湯,清淡的瓜變成精美的菜式,瓜甜湯鮮,先飲兩啖魚湯,滋潤下夏天的熱暑,出奇地滿足,勝瓜是選用最嫩的瓜,完全沒有渣,清香鮮甜,是夏天的好菜品。👍飯後甜品是陳皮紅豆沙,煲得火🔥候恰當,大大粒紅豆軟糯起沙,不會太甜,食完就覺得完滿了。🥳🥳 continue reading

行太古城想飲個茶。同老公去西苑試試。。。因為聽聞佢d點心係唔錯。去到好快有人帶位。。。服務係冇乜。。但咪至於係差同黑面。。。。只不過係冇服務。坐底叫左幾樣野酥皮叉燒包完全誤導食客。。呢個皮唔係叫酥皮囉但食落去係唔錯的味道跟住蝦餃。個皮做得一般般。。有點兒厚左牛肉球。佢過係用純牛肉做。。質地係幾好但冇味道。。好似冇落鹽咁鴨腳紮。。入面個芋頭唔錯。炸過黎。。正連埋d汁一齊食幾香最後就係叉燒腸。。成餐野最難食就係佢。。黎到見到個樣都知瀨打。。一d都唔熱。個皮膠膠地。一d光澤都冇。。食落口超級粉。。唔知點解連叉燒食落都霉霉地。。。超級災難級難食唔會再幫襯 continue reading

母親節「探」完母親,順便去太古城飲茶,唔係好識呢度,問咗服務台,決定去「西苑」,此終係節日,等位真係在所難免,7個號碼等咗40分鐘~gogogo.揀咗~鮑汁荷葉飯~鳳爪~牛肉~蝦腸粉~金錢肚~炸韮菜角。Part 1- 等咗十五分鐘,出場嘅係~荷葉飯同炸韮菜角-荷葉飯打開其實都係炒飯用荷葉去包裝,不過不失,但又無荷葉嘅味。反而韮菜角入面好多料,除咗主角韮菜,仲有幾「舊」仔蝦仁同小小豬肉。Part2-係食完以上,等到我以為漏單,成廿分鐘至到,當然你哋會話因為節日,但我覺得佢哋又無忙到好誇張咁,正常星期日忙吧,返正題,出場係蝦腸粉同牛肉,腸粉皮「幼嫩滑口」,蝦亦都大隻爽口,牛肉佢哋寫住100%純牛肉,但真係無驚喜同特別。Part 3再等多成十分鐘至至,牛肚同鳳爪,正常味道。叫埋單又等咗十分鐘,俾咭又等多五分鐘。「舊式」~係咪=浪費時間,其實依家大多茶樓都叫客出去埋單,等嚟等去其實係咪浪費晒大家嘅時間?點心又出得慢,如果所有嘢都「現代」啲,大家係咪可以慳好多時間,你哋又可以做多幾轉枱,都唔知管理層點「計數」。再講~你哋啲點心都已經唔係平!依家仲邊有酒樓放花生架?硬收$12。結論:食材係新鮮,出貨同埋單慢,價錢偏貴! continue reading

我們去過幾次,之前我們覺得服務湊合,工作人員只是忙得不得了。最近這次我母親好心幫忙收拾用過的碗碟和紙巾,一張紙巾不小心掉在了地上,工作人員大聲呵斥我母親把紙巾堆得太高了,不知道會掉啊!我們都驚呆了,這服務態度就是為什麼週日晚上都有的是空位了客人要做多好服務人員才會滿意呢? continue reading
