年初四上班第一餐,和同事諗食乜好,預計茶樓勁多人,最後在冇book位的情況下,來到了這一間小廚。同一幢的韓燒食過了,今次就來試試港式小炒。比想像中快,來到10分鐘已有位。由於仍有同事未上班,所以一行3人,能點的菜都不多。各人選了一個,在牆上影得好靚的菜式,成為了開年飯的主菜。今餐三道小菜都好港式,又夠鑊氣。先來是菠蘿煙肉卷,像咕嚕肉,但來裡是煙肉,不會太咸,煙肉增加了口感;然後來的是朱洪武豆腐,名字幾特別,在網上找了資料,原來是釀豆腐。有比較之下,這一道就比煙肉卷失色了。也可能在座的也是食肉獸,對豆腐有偏見。最後是避塘雞中翼。想像中,一有避風糖這三個字的菜式,都是有一大堆炒香了的蒜片、配以辣椒,很惹味。今次沒有令人失望,上枱時菜還在冒煙,已經贏了。雞中翼配上避風塘,食到停唔到口。食雞,唔一定去KFC的。新年食番D港式口味,繼續支持本地菜式。 continue reading

同朋友去灣仔食飯,原本就想叫d點心食嘅,咁就咁啱見到榮興有呢個京式塞螃蟹,就同朋友討論咗呢道菜嘅由來同歷史。於是乎,我哋就話要試下呢一道由清朝遺留至今的嘅京式賽螃蟹!!道菜就系由蛋白同蛋黃組成,用個蛋白黎模仿蟹肉,話說系清朝時慈溪太后特然間想食蟹,但新鮮嘅蟹就系好遠嘅地方,送唔砌到皇宮,所以就有咗呢一道由蛋白模仿而成個京式塞螃蟹。榮興嘅呢道菜就有加小小蟹肉同蛋白一齊炒,所以食落都好有鮮味!好值得一試嘅菜! continue reading

今日就同媽咪系灣仔行街嘅,咁lunch嗰陣就想搵間中餐館食飯,所以我哋就黎到 W square 嘅榮興啦。咁我就見佢哋平時系有飲茶嘅,所以d味就擺到好似茶樓咁。我就用OPENRICE想睇下佢哋有咩好食推薦啦,但係見到上面推薦嘅中菜太少,所以我就想黎 同大家推薦下我食嘅呢個咕嚕煙肉卷。道餸嘅樣上黎都好靚,顏色好吸引,d煙肉卷就炒埋d咕嚕汁,所以食落就中和翻個煙肉嘅鹹味,食落口有煙肉香同d酸酸甜甜嘅咕嚕味。。 continue reading

平時落屋企樓下最中意叫嘅就系榮興嘅古法籠仔蒸蝦飯,肚餓時食嘢最緊要系要近,快,同好食......佢哋個古法籠仔蒸蝦飯就系用咗海蝦黎蒸飯嘅,料都唔少 ga。。。。個海蝦同個飯一齊蒸就可以用黎 keep 住 d 蝦嘅鮮味系個飯度!!而且蝦嘅分量都唔少,同埋d海蝦好新鮮,而且佢哋d醬汁都好好味。平時佢哋嘅侍應就好快手,好友善,,,,,,,落完 order 好快就有嘢食。咁作為佢哋嘅長期客仔,我當然會繼續咁支持榮興啦!!! continue reading

這間榮興小廚之前一直都沒有來過,今天剛好在集成行街,經過就來看看。要留意,我來的是星期日,早段是有很多位的,但去到十二點半之後就要等位,人極多,所以假日來最好早一點到,十二點或以前來最好。他們很好,安排了我坐在房內,而房內當然又會靜一點。吃的是點心,沒有來過就隨便叫。炒腸粉,我嫌太多油,味道是可以的。墨魚餅,有一點點硬。鴨腳扎,傳統點心,味道中上。粉卷是我的至愛,現時茶樓已甚少這個,很好吃,肉甚多,而且粉皮也軟熟,但不會散。山竹牛肉,新鮮牛肉味。每人還送一個例湯。整體感覺滿意,不是上上水準,但可以接受,中上質素,價錢合理,招呼也好。 continue reading
