上次試左紅豆沙,的確幾高質,今次黎試呢度既生磨合桃糊,餐牌有個推介公仔,又比紅豆沙貴左10幾蚊,心諗應該會更好食,點知味道真係好一般,其實睇得出佢係真材實料,都夠稠身,但係唔知係咪處理手法定係合桃自身問題,都冇合桃香,亦都食唔出合桃味,加上佢冇落糖咁滯,食落係超淡,唯一抵讚係佢同上次碗紅豆沙一樣夠熱,但味道完全唔及海記合桃坊,價錢又唔抵食,呢度既合桃糊冇下次但下次經過都會再食紅豆沙既!始終個紅豆沙真心好食!

對上一次來是3年!3年以前,我都常來的,最中意水餃湯麵,我係連湯都飲埋的。 曾經一個雲吞撈,那股豬油味,我成日記住,豬油撈麵真的好香的。然而最近再來,食水餃撈,啲麵係幾爽嘅,但過硬。無乜碱水味,最重要係我最愛嗰股豬油味,已經無咗?好在碗湯的味道還在,同胡椒粉都好係靚貨來。我其實真的好中意碗湯,好想要多碗的。水餃就比較濕,夾起好易爛,笋好少,几乎食不到笋味。同樣的食物 太子興記保持傳統。當然,麵質都係呢度好些,如果唔好再咁硬的話。

早就看過梁家權對永華的食評,說永華的紅豆沙是全港最正的陳皮紅豆沙,今天慕名一試,的確很高質但說是全港最好吃的就有點名過其實。一端上來感覺很稀,但吃起來啖啖起沙,很滿足,而且每口都有陳皮香,清甜不會過於甜膩,最重要的是夠熱,端上來一直都是冒煙的,令整碗紅豆沙吃起來很香。個人偏好軟綿的紅豆沙,如果更濃有粒粒紅豆的口感就更佳了! 總括而言,紅豆沙整碗起沙很香很高質,值得一試!

一端上來感覺很稀,但吃起來啖啖起沙,很滿足,而且每口都有陳皮香,清甜不會過於甜膩,最重要的是夠熱,端上來一直都是冒煙的,令整碗紅豆沙吃起來很香。

個人偏好軟綿的紅豆沙,如果更濃有粒粒紅豆的口感就更佳了!

總括而言,紅豆沙整碗起沙很香很高質,值得一試!

香港老字號的麵店不少,但灣仔地胆麵店,永華麺家一定入圍。早幾年來過一次吃宵夜,當時三五知己一邊吃一邊飲汽水,不知幾快活,麵嘅味道也不太記得。多年後的今日,一個週末,又試下在這裡吃碗麵。這裏的佈置非常舊式也簡陋,見佢舊式,一定會諗老闆一定很着重食物品質多於佈置環境。兩個人叫了一碗雲吞麵及一碗水餃麵,自製成為雙併麵,可惜麵質平平無奇,水餃和雲吞也不出色,更糟糕的是碗麵實在太細,吃完還要轉場吃甜品填填肚,我吃完麵仔細諗一諗,這間麵家究竟有什麼過人之處呢? !

I have been here few days ago, the seats are not comfort and it's full of tourists. I order a wonton noodle, the egg noodles are slightly over cook, the wonton are good. When they served the noodles, the noodles covered the wonton, which is the right way as this will let the shrimp taste to spill out into the soup. Over all the wonton is good, noodles is soso, the soup is soso too. Worth to try but don't put too much expectations.

今日中午剛巧經過灣仔,終於有機會一嚐永華的雲吞麵,一點多,店內還有一半客人,部分更是慕名而來的遊客。四十多塊,一碗小小的雲吞麵。麵,吃得出是手打的,吃起來比其他吃到的更彈牙,也能吃到一點蛋味。湯底,嚐不到大地魚的味道,鮮味亦不突出。雲吞,有四粒,大小適中,但蝦唔夠新鮮,反而胡椒粉味較重。值得一提,是很少在雲吞麵店見到的小食醃蘿蔔,反而幾好,很爽很甜。總結,用這個價錢,我個人會期待一個更好吃的雲吞麵。

值得一提,是很少在雲吞麵店見到的小食醃蘿蔔,反而幾好,很爽很甜。


總結,用這個價錢,我個人會期待一個更好吃的雲吞麵。

我點了碗最基本的鮮蝦雲吞麵。再加一碗桑寄生蓮子雞蛋茶。

先來的是鮮蝦雲吞麵,雲吞有4至5粒(不好意思,記性不好,忘記了
)。第一口當然要嚼它的麵。嘩! 真的不得了! 很好味啊! 十分有嚼勁,彈中帶爽! 而且,還沒有一點鹼水味! 湯底有很香的蝦味,濃淡適中!主打竹昇麵,果然名不虛傳!

1950年開業,有名的傳統竹升面店,連續多年的米芝蓮推薦店※南乳豬手很嫩滑,真的好味!8點就賣光!※竹升面看個人口味,我朋友喜歡彈牙,但我覺得它很硬※我不大欣賞它的傳統的蝦肉雲吞70年舊陳皮红豆沙31元價錢还好,雲吞面42元單拼有點貴,但双併65元就非常貴了。所以就點了只差10元的撈面(南乳猪手撈面75元)它是美味的,所以這種價錢还天天滿座。 ​​​看似不全是遊客,再加上灣仔好吃傳統面店不多,所以它还是有捧場客的!
