黄明記,陪伴我在九龍城區成長的一家歷史悠久的潮式粉麵店,相信都有四五十年的歲月了,墨魚丸特別出色,系signature嘅鎮店之寶。以前出埠後,啓德机埸一落機就要過來吃返一碗“墨丸河”,有一種回到家的感覺,香港原味道的感覺,很是温馨。過去的幾十年,偶爾又會去吃返一碗潮式粉麵,曾介紹給很多位朋友都有不錯的評價。舊舖曾經再次装修,也很不錯,畢竟已很老舊的舖頭了。近月聽聞老闆說因重建要搬了,就在後面沙埔道。上月和曾在舊舖吃過的朋友入去新舖試試,一入門口就聞到一般渠的異味,可能是新裝修的關系,朋友是有要求的人,她頂不住不吃就離開了。今天中午做完運動行過去再試試看,發現渠味仍然有,而且系在舖面入面的位置比較強烈,於是就坐在近門口位置,叫了招牌“墨丸河”加油菜,味道沒有太大分別,可是看到這家歷史悠久的老店,沒有借搬遷新舖的機會改變一下甚至改進多一點,衛生情況都跟以前差不多,更沒有什麼管理,雜亂無章,看見他們工作流程,更是沒有什麼可說,錯漏百出,惨不忍睹,仍然有六七十年代的一家大细一腳踢的傳統。如果這個是香港獅子山精神,我想很快就會被淘汰了。

據說墨魚丸是自己打的, 但沒什麼特別,又不彈牙,不過有芽菜仔墊底,湯是蠻鮮甜的,加上那些有咬勁的墨魚鬚,這碗“淨墨丸雙拼”,還算可以。

🐙墨丸河:本人幾十年來都是獨沽一味「墨丸河」 因為小時候真是一試難忘。
潮式的墨魚丸與我們平時普通麵舖的墨魚丸是完全不同的。黃明記墨魚丸更是手打墨魚膠唧出一粒粒丸。墨丸中還加了馬蹄粒,出面吃不到咁正。
不過,有人亦嫌這種潮色墨魚丸並不彈牙,但是我卻覺得非常好吃。

值得一提以前舊機場未搬的時候有很多機師空姐空少嚟幫襯。

Boyfriend and I shared out toppings so we could try everything.  So, we tried the pork ball, squid ball, fish ball, fish skin dumpling, wonton and a squid tentacle. It was ok. The pork balls were fairly good with lots of pork flavor. The squid balls were a bit too soft for my liking but at least a lot of squid taste. The fish balls were firm and al dente. The squid tentacle was way too tough. The soup just tasted like MSG and the noodles were over cooked.

It was ok. Not that great. I think a bit over hyped. Prices aren't expensive but seating isn't comfortable. Only be back if nothing else to choose from.

請容許我在這裡發表一件不公平嘅待遇,昨晚我去呢度買外賣,買完後在門口等侯我的外賣時,站在我旁邊已經有位坐輪椅嘅中年男人在門口似等待很久想買外賣,他禮貌地向呢度一位員工買外賣,可惜呢度一位穿着制服肥伴的女員工向呢位中年男人説,店舖10 點關門啦,唔接受外賣了,旁邊兩個年輕人都覺得過分,中年男人已等了很久,為何一直沒有理睬他,最後用藉口不做他的外賣呢?咁為何不一早不告知中午男人,累佢一直久等,而且為何繼續接受其他人的外賣呢?明顯地,這個員工有歧視這位中年男人坐輪椅,不想做他的生意,但他只是打工,老闆也有責任教導員工,為什麼香港係一個國際城市,仍然有這些歧視情況出現,經過昨晚親眼到這件事,我以後都不想幫襯這間店舖,希望是個別事件,大家幫襯時,不會遇到同樣事情發生。😡😡😡

黃明記係九龍城都已經好多年, 我都可以講係由細食到大!個人覺得最出色係個芝麻撈麵, 但有時覺得食芝麻撈有D dry, 所以依家多數會轉食牛筋撈麵, 再加多個雲吞外賣,雲吞無記錯好似都係6-7粒?仲要粒粒大大粒 啖啖肉, 所以黃明記係一個食宵夜既好選擇!

年輕時,死黨已是個愛吃的人,那時一儲起有些零用錢便帶頭吃東吃西。第一次光顧便是她領著來的呵。墨鬚粘,粘是銀針粉,爽滑。墨魚鬚份量頗多,大大條兼新鮮爽脆,很少有粉麵舖有得吃的。值得一提是湯底,因銀針粉和墨魚鬚本身都沒有什麼味道,而湯底就濃香,帶有葱、蒜味,令成碗墨鬚粘更惹味。四寶撈麵,有魚皮餃、墨魚丸、豬肉丸和魚蛋各2粒,墨魚丸非一般白色的丸子,而是較為有依依韌韌的咬勁。撈麵煑得剛剛熟,麵條爽爽的,很易咬切。芥蘭油菜,淥得軟腍,蠔油亦唔太鹹,一碟可以一人吃光。

黃明記成日都聽啲朋友講話好好食要去食,但因為距離舖頭太遠,所以都冇去食過,有一天無意中見到有一段片介紹老闆娘怎樣整三寶丸,那種對食物堅毅的精神,真的令人深深佩服,所以二話不說,第二天立馬捉埋老公去食。可能星期六,去到長長的人龍,大概等了20分鐘。我們今次叫了雙丸麵、浄墨丸和腰潤麵。雙丸麵❤️- 豬肉丸與墨魚丸,細細粒口感一流,咬住下去,啖啖肉,尤其墨魚丸 ,煙韌得來又彈口,好耐冇食咁好味嘅墨魚丸。(相片為浄丸)腰潤麵❤️- 豬潤加豬腰,女士恩物,補腰又補血又補腎,兩者又是爽口非常,証明這裡的腰潤烹調時間處理得非常好,其實我第一次食腰潤,初期睇個樣,覺得佢怪怪的,老闆娘見我食剩啲豬腰,就叫我試一次先,佢話好辛苦整,功夫多,同埋唔係成日有得賣,旁邊的客人聽到也說:「這裏的豬腰是最好味的!」那我就試試,味道同豬膶差不多,但口感更爽,如果未食過腰潤,可以在這𥚃試一試。老字號又好吃的粉麵店買少見少,寫這篇食評前,已經食了好幾次,真心誠意推薦!❤️🌟😍

我諗大家約上去九龍城都係食泰國嘢居多但係除咗泰菜九龍城仲有好多小店值得去幫襯已經係香港絕跡嘅人情味仲係呢一區裡面搵到仲可以週圍探索周潤發 發哥嘅行蹤就好似呢間位於九龍城邊皮嘅黃明記區內扎根四十多年 真係又細食到大佢地最出名嘅手打墨丸同墨鬚食過一定返唔到轉頭有時仲癲到特登出九龍城買佢地嘅墨丸返去打邊爐自97年啟德機場搬咗之後 九龍城可謂風光不作難得小商户終於捱到沙中線差唔多通車之際政府宣佈開展九龍城啟德道重建項目影響約40個地舖 當中包括黃明記 須在兩年內覓地搬遷或結束生意所以真係食一次少一次

相信有好多人都對黃明記唔陌生 特別係有好多人特登揸車過黎食 每一次經過黃明記都有好多人排隊 今晚遲咗放工 於是獨個兒去品嚐去到黃明記大約晚上9:30 雖然門口唔使等位 但係餐廳內全部都已經坐滿 我知道黃明記最出名食墨丸墨蘇 不過今晚想食清少少 於是叫左個魚蛋麵再加一碟油菜魚蛋幼麵 $34幼麵好彈牙 而且冇好濃的鹼水味 正正啱我心意 而且有三粒大魚旦和三片魚片 唔知係咪太肚餓 一陣就已經食晒 芥蘭 $17今晚試菜有芥蘭和生菜🥬 我就叫左芥蘭 芥蘭好新鮮 原來可以選擇蠔油或者加牛腩汁 下次可以試下
