是夜九龍城晚餐之一想試試這兒的牛腩、墨丸墨鬚。原來是一間舊式茶記,環境衛生一般,食完都唔想留好耐。兩碗都配了米粉,食落都幾爽,唔係好淋果種。可惜份量不多,睇怕滿足不了一個正常男人的食量,但女的就剛好了。湯底好有味,應該有落少少師傅,食完都唔太口喝。談回今次試食重心。牛腩實在很入味,經湯浸一段時間再食,都仍然很入味;是不算難咬開的肉質,亦夾有幾舊牛筋,都很入味。整體來說,是很不錯的牛腩了。墨鬚墨丸,普通之作。墨丸不是爽的,但真的很有墨魚味,中規中距罷了;墨鬚則是普通灼熟不經調味吧?但火喉還好,吃落不太「老」,都幾易入口,也是中規中距。有機會再來。

今日去左九龍城食lunch,本來想食清真牛肉館的牛肉餅,但係實在太多人等,於是男友提議去黃明記,反正未試過,當然要去試下喇.男友推介呢度既墨丸.佢叫左個四寶銀針粉,我就叫左個牛腩墨丸河,一個油菜.我覺得d牛腩整得唔錯,好入味同好林.而且無花辣八角既味道(我自己好怕).墨丸都ok,只係林左d,唔夠爽.我睇到部份食評話d墨丸水澤下降了,仲有一碗面都係$16.其實都幾抵.會再黎食過.

位處橫街盡頭嘅黃明記,一般都會被到九龍城嘅一眾食客忽略。無他,睇牌面只係一般麵舖而已,都係一般雲吞、牛腩。如果真係因為牌面而唔去試,損失嘅其實係自己。有乜好?簡簡單單,佢嘅柱侯牛腩可能係响香港數一數二。柱侯本身已經係好香,但係要做到好似呢度咁入味就真係要炆好多個鐘頭至得。好多時我食清湯腩都要加辣油,但呢次個湯已經香濃而又適中,完全無需要另加調味。特別些少,豬腰、豬潤好多地方都有,但係豬什而家又係响香港無乜幾多度可以搵到。佢就有,而且做得好好,仲要係其中嘅豬腰、豬潤比好多地方好好多,係真正做到淋滑但又同時爽脆。是次食咗牛腩河加淨豬什,個河係牛腱腩,d腱簡直就係完美,只係其中有一兩塊腩有d硬。個淨豬什係加咗d芽菜,去平衡返個d膽固醇。

其實呢間粉麵開左好耐,我細細過媽咪已經帶我黎幫襯佢,不過後來一家搬入新界區已經少左好多黎食,佢出名係墨魚丸同魚餃都好好味!!近呢幾年人客越黎越少,初時以為次次黎親咁啱唔多人,但經我上次既遭遇,終於知道點解..事發上年11月尾同朋友一齊去黃明記度食,一入到門口見到佢有邊卡位有位,不過未執好,咪諗住坐低等佢執野囉!當睇緊食d咩至際,個男侍應唔小心將佢執緊枱面果碗野d湯倒瀉晒落我條褲度,係倒瀉晒!!!點知個侍應仲好串咁話sorry播..之後我咪叫佢比條濕毛巾比我抺,佢就事但拎左條放0係枱度沖都無沖過既毛巾比我!後來個老闆娘再走黎問我地食咩,我原先好好聲氣同佢講:<下次叫你伙記小心d啦,如果碗野係熱辣辣整到人,實比人告!!> 不過我咁講換黎比返佢鬧我咁..佢話:<係呀~咁你下次小心d喇!見到枱面仲有野就唔好坐落去住,等人執好先喇!!> 我咁講係提醒你,但你地居然掉返轉黎講,之後我咪同朋友走囉..個老闆娘仲好大聲咁講:<發脾氣行遠d> d客人個個都好無奈咁對住我...邊個啱邊個錯明眼人睇到~你咁樣做真係唔怪得之無人黎食啦!!渡好以為有d明星黎食下就

好耐無去呢度食,因為搬左過香港,以前在附近酒店做經常幫襯,星期四路經此地,與雙丸河再續前絃,可惜墨丸跟以前變了,色澤及彈牙程度跟以前相差甚遠,機場搬左佢地生意及生準都好差,唉!相信以後不再光顧了!!

星期日去了九龍城, 天氣嚴熱, 想吃得清淡些, 忽然想起黃明記的墨魚丸, 便與朋友光顧, 我們點了淨墨丸, 豬什麵和方魚肉碎泡飯. 墨丸爽滑彈牙, 豬什麵麵質爽口, 而值得一讚的是方魚肉碎泡飯. 肉碎頗多, 而泡飯的湯非常甜, 配合泡飯一起吃, 十分開胃. 有機會必會再吃.

今日下晝去九龍城食飯,原本諗住去陳南記食牛腩,點知去到先知未開門,於是就行過幾間鋪嚟依度食。都好耐無嚟食,一坐低就叫咗四寶河及炸魚皮。魚皮水準相當高,香口之餘有魚味,一D都無"透風",作為餐前小食真係無得頂。四寶河嘅河粉都頗滑,不過湯底比較油,但頗香,斷定係落咗D豬油。四寶包括豬肉丸、魚皮餃、墨魚丸及魚蛋。豬肉丸及墨魚丸係自製嘅,豬肉丸比較軟身,裏面有D梅菜粒吊味,味道不太濃,幾清,但相比下都係樂園好食D(因比較有咬口); 墨魚丸就無得頂la,夠鮮味,仲食到墨魚粒,亦無加太多粉,淨係食呢個都OK la..魚皮餃嘅餡內有D葱,幾香,不過皮不夠煙靱;魚蛋應該係交貨嚟嘅,普普通通。食咗三十一蚊,都算OK..

拍拖已經食黃明記, 記得以前好多人, 擺到出門口, 通常都係一碗墨丸河加可樂同大量辣椒油。好多年無食, 今晚飯後經過, 買廿元墨魚回家, 有10粒, 都算底食。佢的墨丸同外面的顏色有明顯分別, 灰灰地色有少少似貢丸和豬肉丸。但是就有粒粒明顯紫色的墨色粒。食落口感不是太爽, 但係我覺得豬肉味較墨魚味濃, 好像和以前吃過的不一樣。唔係唔好食, 只不過無以前咁好味, 特別版的墨魚丸囉!
