My go-to restaurant. The dishes served here are flavorful and traditional. Each fishball is infused with bursts of nostalgia. This noodle and congee restaurant has been open for over three decades, and the recipes used have not changed in the slightest bit. The prices are reasonable for the quantity they serve. Staff are cheerful and engages in conversations with guests when they don’t have much to do. Many Cantonese celebrities have been spotted enjoying their meals in this popular restaurant.

魚皮餃

完全唔掂! 同埋係未熟囉!個皮整到勁厚,我食咗一半就跟住吐咗出嚟。另外嗰粒,個皮一咬開都係未熟,好厚同埋唔係透明嗰啲。睇得出塊皮仲係白色㗎!嗰粒肉係梅咗㗎。我食咗少少跟住都冇食啦 。完全係垃圾!!!

聽說這裏是一間已開業幾十年的老字號鋪豇頭,就來試一下了~ 晚上7點左右踏入,已經坐滿了8成座位, 人挺多的~ 期待又多了幾分呢~平常去吃麵,通常是餸在麵上的,但這裏送來的2碗只見到麵及頂上的炸蒜粒及蔥粒呢先挑一挑碗底,終於知道那碗是那碗了,左邊的是豬肉丸河,右邊的是墨丸拼鮮墨鬚米吃麵前先試湯,挺香的,湯裡有炸蒜,蔥粒,唐芹還有肉碎呢,而且2個湯底竟然是不同的呢,墨丸那碗比較清一點~墨丸墨鬚~ 頗特別的阿,除了車仔麵,未試過吃有墨鬚的麵,尤其是鮮的,但味道不是特別鮮味也有點韌… 墨丸顏色灰灰的,質感軟軟的,只有少許墨魚味但很重肉味(?)…… 感覺怪怪的……豬肉丸的顏色跟墨丸好像一樣的(?),只是顏色比較深一點點。豬肉丸挺好吃的,也挺彈牙,再來一碗也可以呢吃完麵後,感覺還挺空虛呢,只適合餵小鳥胃的人士吧~ 而且“對味精不敏感體質”的我感覺有點渴了…嗯,如果下次順路就再來試試未吃過的東西吧,特登再來就沒必要了
